One of the best books on the Django web framework. It would be a great read if the reader already knows the basics of the framework. As Django is a partially non-opinionated framework, sometimes newbies like me get confused about how to organize code for a project or what is good practice. The book addresses these topics in a very simple understandable way. In addition, the reader will learn a lot about many new flavors of ice cream. :D

Excellent resource of Django best practices and tricks from the people who actually make a living using Django. I also appreciate the form - very funny and cute explaining of considerably complicated technical stuff from point of ice-cream lovers view! :)

On the way of the Django journey, definitely worthy stop. This book is for sure not one-time read only, but also a handy tool to look into any time you are going to any challenge during the building your million dollar Django app.
