Oops, I've Fallen

Rate this book
If my time with Ryan Miller were a hit track on the radio, I imagine the lyrics would go something like this…

“We’re so different, but they say opposites attract. Oops, I’ve fallen, and my heart doesn’t want to come back.”

But, holy bingo night, is my attraction to the sexy, broody businessman so much more complicated than the chorus of a song.

His dad lives right next to my mom, and after the two of them suffered an unexplained accident while taking down holiday decorations, both Ryan and I were forced to become the only thirtysomething residents of Sunny Creek Village Independent Senior Living Community.

Temporarily moving in might seem like overkill for a fractured tailbone and a severely pulled groin muscle, but believe me, when your mom is as wild as mine and your dad is as cantankerous as Ryan’s, they need supervision to ensure they stick to doctor’s orders.

Constantly thrown together by the antics of our crazy parents and the tough-as-nails community enforcer, Betty Matthews, Ryan and I formed an alliance for the sole purpose of survival.

But I never expected to be so interested in finding out what he was hiding beneath his grumpy, serious demeanor. More than that, I never dreamed what I found would be the kind of man women sell their souls to the devil for.

Unfortunately, our little one-hit wonder on the airwaves has more to say before it comes to an end.

Although, finishing the outro to this song is a real doozy...

Tell me…what lyric rhymes with Oops, I’ve fallen for my future stepbrother?

After the let down of these authors’ last book I was hoping that this book was going to pick up, but that was not the case 😣

It’s based on a senior retirement village where the MCs go to help their injured parents. The 37% I’ve read was centered about the shenanigans of the old people, it was outrageous and funny but it got to a point were it was too much for me, and made the relationship, between the MCs, to take a backseat.
Also couldn’t connect with the characters nor feel their chemistry.

Carly + Ryan.

Carly
gave up her 'grown-up' corporate job in an office a years ago to become a happy ski insructor and sports-goods store owner in Colorado. But the season hasn't started yet and she's a bit bored.

Enter ... her mom.

Stella - 70 year old - is living in a senior community in Florida. And she had some kind of accident that broke her tail bone - so she'll need bit help for a few weeks.

Ryan is a big insurance VP in New York. He's a rule follower. He has lists for lists and rules for rules and plans for everything.

His 75 year old dad Sal is living in the same senior community as Stella and he was involved in the same fall?? 🤔 Anyway, Ryan has to go stay with his dad for a while, until Sal's groin area heals! 😂

Carly and Ryan are as opposite as two people can be ....

LET THE FUN TIMES BEGIN!

ADORABLE!

I just loved this!
The whole idea of the book! Two thirty-somethings falling in love in a senior community in Florida! LOL!
Such a hilarious and ridiculous rom-com. I adored all the people!
Sal and Stella are just the best! They act like teenagers! Too cute!
I enjoyed reading this so much.

What more can I say? READ IT!
This was the perfect Max Monroe RomCom!
I loved the epilogues! And I so need Willow & Brandon's book too!

This book just has to be made into a movie or a show asap!
How are none of Max Monroe's books streaming their behinds off on Netflix yet? The world is a weird and sad place!!

Oops, I've Fallen was such an adorable + hilarious Rom-Com. Run to your nearest amazon for your own Ryan - he'll be sold out in no time!

A tiny little thing that bothers me a bit in Max Monroe books ... They seem to think that they only have US american readers - they forget that other non-english-speaking countries have english-language readers too. They use soo many US pop-culture and other US-only references that there's always at least one or more that I have never heard of! That's why I never find their books as über-hilarious as other readers :/ But I still love reading them!

Oh ... another thing. The cover. It's so pretty and cute. But - is it only me, or are their faces weird? like they need to take a tiny little step towards the edge of the book, because their mid-face portion is too wide. Right??? LOL!

Can there be too much of a good thing? Yes. This was very funny, and it was very steamy... but I don’t think it was all that romantic. It's like everything I love about this writing duo's work was cranked up to one hundred, and the romance got lost in the shuffle a bit. There is a TON of comedy, a whole lot of steam, and the lighthearted, low angst vibe that keeps me coming back for more. That all sounds amazing on paper, but I wanted a few more quiet moments, a touch more emotion, and a little bit more heart. Despite that, the foundation is definitely there; this is just the kind of opposites attract romance that I adore, so there's a lot of good stuff going on.

The story follows Carly and Ryan, two strangers - and total opposites - who meet through their parents. When their elderly parents (Carly's mom and Ryan's dad) suffer mysterious injuries, Carly and Ryan fly out to Florida to care for them. Life in a retirement community is a lot crazier and more unpredictable than expected, so Carly and Ryan find themselves bonding over their experiences. While Ryan is an uptight workaholic, Carly is a carefree wild child, so she brings out another side of him. And it seems these opposites complement each other perfectly - at least temporarily.

The last few books by this writing duo have had significantly less steam than usual, so I was surprised to discover how sexy this one is - especially given that cute cover. Have no fear, despite a slow start, this couple makes up for lost time. I wasn't entirely sold on the "Dom" side of Ryan, but I loved watching this stuck up suit let loose. Their chemistry was great, and I would've appreciated a lot more of them together... especially outside of the bedroom without parents present. The beginning of the book really sets the tone for the story - I think Carly and Ryan had like two 30-second interactions in the first hundred pages, and the rest was devoted to comedy. I like comedy, but I'm in it for the romance, and this would've benefited from more of it. We get more in the back half, but it's complicated by parent problems and all of that steam. With a little fine-tuning, I think I would've loved this. As it stands, it was alright. I received an early copy and am voluntarily leaving a review of this light and funny rom com.

****This comes out today! Grab a copy and have a funny romantic book for your weekend****

You know what, our world is heavy right now. If you watch the news, or primetime tv for that matter, for more than five minutes you can end up feeling stressed or depressed. Covid, work, family life, kids it can all end up just being too much.

This book, can be your escape from all that. It is light but real and just plain funny. It will lift your mood and give you something to laugh out loud about.

Stella and Sal have gotten injured. They live in a retirement community, a landominium as such, each in their own place. Their grown children live out of state but with their parents in the hospital they get on a flight to Florida. Right about there is where all normal ends and all craziness begins.

There is sex, water aerobics, golf carts, and bingo.
There are fights, and name calling, garbage problems, and arrests.
There is tp'ing, sneaking out, tik tok, and more sex.

Carly and Ryan are doing their best. They left their jobs behind for a few weeks to help their injured parents (who drive them crazy!). Ryan is a New York CEO and Carly is a ski instructor in Vail. They couldn't be more different but they are thrust together (pun intended) in a retirement community in Florida where they will spend the next few weeks.

I just can't say it enough. Max Monroe never disappoints. They write the wittiest, funniest, sexiest, most ridiculous stories. On top of all that, they always have heart. What more could you ask for in this crazy world during this crazy time we live in.

Oops, I’ve Fallen had me in stitches. As promised in their forward warning to the reader, I laughed and grinned throughout the book.

When Page’s mom breaks her b-u-t-t and Ryan Miller’s dad pulls a groin muscle, knowing their parents can behave like wild teenagers, they both fly to Florida to take care of them. Life in the retirement community is the furthest thing from tame though, so Carly and Ryan join forces to help each other out. And despite the fact that carefree Carly stole stuck up suit Ryan’s taxi cab when they met, the two balance each other perfectly.

I have to say that I was a bit disappointed with the lack of interaction between Carly and Ryan in the first half but second half was full of steam in between more hilarity. I can’t wait to read from this dynamic duo.

Oops, I’ve Fallen is a standalone romantic comedy by the writing due Max Monroe. Told from several POV it has a happy ending. Tropes: Enemies to Lovers

I love Max Monroe, but this was my least favorite book of theirs.

OOPS I'VE FALLEN has a good premise, seriously laugh-out-loud moments, and some good hate banter, but these two main characters hardly get to know each other at all. Not only is the romance set over a 2-3 week time period, but the only thing these characters talk about is how embarrassing their over-sexed parents are. Then these two have sex. Then they have A LOT of sex, non stop, for the rest of the book. Then, suddenly, they are in love.

I just didn't see the foundation of a relationship aside from sexual chemistry.

If you're looking for a light and funny read, with nothing too serious, and some epically hot sex scenes then you might LOVE this book! It would be a great read for a lot of readers out there, it just didn't end up working for me.

RATING: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
TRIGGERS: previous death of parent, illegal recreational marijuana use, injury to aged parent

I received a gifted copy of this title in exchange for an honest review.

Oops, I've Fallen is seriously one of the most hilarious books I've ever read! Max Monroe are Romcom Queens! This book is a little bit enemies to lovers paired with an opposites attract theme. I loved everything about this funny, HOT, and swoon-worthy book! This is sure to fast become another favorite for readers!

Carly and Ryan have quite the journey in this book. Both flying to Florida when Carly's mom Stella, and Ryan's dad, Sal sustained an injury. Their children have to look after and stay with them in the Sunny Creek Village (a retirement community) in Florida. Stella and Carly are one in the same, with outgoing and quirky personalities, while Ryan and Sal are complete opposites. Ryan works all the time and loves his "stiff" suits. Carly is a free spirit ski instructor from Colorado. Keeping up with their parents and all their crazy love antics is quite the chore, and I just adore how Max Monroe brings these two together! Carly, Ryan, Stella, and Sal (maybe Betty and Nan too) are such memorable characters, that will stick with you long after you finish this book!

Overall this book is EPIC, laugh-out-loud fun, that gives you all the good feels in the end. The side characters (community members) keep you on your toes, and are super entertaining. I especially loved the Extended Epilogue! Ryan and Carly may be one of my new favorite couples! This book is worth way more than 5 hot, hilarious stars!

Honest to god it’s the funnest, craziest thing I’ve read in a very long time, it was hysterical from start to finish. Carly Page rushes to Sunny Creek Independent Senior Living Community after her mum Stella has an accident and lands in hospital with a fractured tailbone. Ryan also rushes down to Sunny Creek because his dad Sal Miller has suffered a severe groin strain in an accident. So Carly and Ryan find themselves living with their parents in a retirement community while their parents injuries heal. And they have wild crazy parents who it seems are determined to make them suffer. And it’s not only their parents that are a worry, living with the people in the retirement community is like living with a bunch of teenagers. Ryan and Carly, Stella and Sal, there’s never a dull moment... And the extended epilogue was everything!

Carly is a ski instructor, so when her mom breaks her tailbone during the off season she heads to live with her temporarily in her retirement community. Ryan is an Insurance VP who has to take some time away from his busy New York life to take care of his father who injured himself. Little do they know that spending time in Sunny Creek where take her on some different adventures.

Carly and Ryan are complete opposites. Carly is more of a go with the flow, a type B personality. Ryan likes things to be scheduled, he likes plans, a type A personality. However, while trying to keep their parents in line they form a friendship and the chemistry between them becomes undeniable. They don’t want their parents to find out so they sneak around with each other and their connection continues to grow. The downside is that once their parents are both doing better and can be on their own again, they will go back to their homes on the opposite ends of the country. I absolutely loved Ryan and Carly. They had some great chemistry, there was plenty of banter and Ryan is definitely hiding some things beneath his suits, the man is rather passionate.

Carly and Ryan’s parents, Stella and Sal, were HILARIOUS. They may be in their 70s but they were living like they were still In their 20s at times. Then throw in Betty, Nan and the other Sunny Creek crew and there were even more laughs and crazy shenanigans. I would hands down move to Sunny Creek just to witness some of the craziness.

If you’re looking for an opposite attract rom com this is one to read!

Oops I’ve Fallen by Max Monroe>
Narrated by Alexander Cendese and Stephanie Rose
affiliate links

I’m not sure how to review Oops, I’ve Fallen by Max Monroe . I can usually review the story and the narration separately, but this book makes it hard to separate the two.

Rom-com is by far my favorite genre, and I have loved every Max Monroe book I’ve read. I think I would have loved this as well but the narration completely ruined it for me. I kept thinking I should switch to reading it but I already bought it and was reading something else.

The premise of Oops, I've Fallen is hysterical. Ryan and Carly meet at they airport when they are both headed to a Florida retirement village to help their parents after they were both injured. Sal and Stella (the parents) could have been so freaking funny but they were just SO OVER ACTED, mostly by Alexander Cendese. Admittedly, I have had this problem with his narrating before but to a much lesser extent. This was just way too much for me.
"Hold up. Am I living a real-life version of Mean Girls: Geriatric Edition?"

It turns out Sal and Stella got injured together (ifyouknowwhatimean), and their elderly sexcapades and the drama in the retirement community took the front seat while Ryan and Carly’s romance was in the back seat. Still it was a super-fun book even though it was low on the romance compared to the silliness.
"My God, why have I never pictured a penis pumping iron before? It’s surprisingly adorable."

Likes:
•The cover is just perfect.
•I loved the meat of the story.
•The crazy goings on in the retirement community were not overstated.
•I loved Sal and Stella.
•Stella's TikTok.
•It was ridiculous fun.
•I really liked all the characters.

Dislikes:

•THE NARRATION.
•The romance took a backseat to the old people.
•Once the sex started, it became a large focus of the story. And he was kind of an unexpected pseudo-kinky Dom.
•I felt like the humor was just a little too much, like they were thinking “how outrageous can we be?”

The Narration:
I think because the story is supposed to be ridiculous, the narrators were too. Alexander Cendese always over acts a bit, but here it was just obnoxious. It made the whole book seem a little stupid, and Stephanie Rose seemed like she had to go over-the-top as well to match the tone. I recommend skipping the audio version and reading this one. I wish I did.

The Down & Dirty:
I love the premise of Oops, I’ve Fallen by Max Monroe. Two thirty-somethings meeting in a Florida retirement community while their parents are also fooling around. There are plenty of laugh-out-loud moments, but I felt it sacrificed emotion and romance for the humor. Since the story was a little ridiculous, (not really in a bad way) the narration didn’t need to be so over-the-top, it just made the whole book too silly for me. I don’t think I would have felt the same if I read it though. Unfortunately I am having a hard time separating the story from narration for this one.

Rating: 3.75 Stars, 4 Heat, 2.5 Narration

This book was a quick read for me because I couldn’t put it down. It was full of wit and fun antics that just made me want more. And the extended epilogue??? All the yeses!

I needed something light and fun, this hit the spot!

What better backdrop for a rom-com than a retirement village. There were lot's of LOL moments and I thought that Carly and Ryan's parents Stella and Sal really made this book.

The romance between Carly and Ryan was super sweet, Ryan was a bit of a surprise when things got heated.

If you are looking for a light read with a few good laughs, this book is for you.

Blurb gives a good overview. Elderly parents (his dad and her mom) live in a geriatric frat retirement community. FMC and MMC come to help nurse their injuries and end up falling for each other.

As someone who has worked in LTC and retirement communities, I can attest shit gets crazy. It’s like reliving high school lol. Some of the funniest things I’ve seen in life. That said, this missed the mark. Sure, there were a couple of lol moments, but it wasn’t enough for the long tedious read of the character’s working, eating, screwing, and shuffling parents around. The book is way too long and filled with more fluff than meat.

I love great sex scenes. I don’t read clean romance, but the sex here just overpowered the story… it became the substance of the book’s plot.

Opposites attract was overdone and pointed out at every turn. Chemistry wasn’t there, and raving about his penis and orgasms just doesn’t automatically equate to heat and swoon. Candy DOM was laughable, and I almost imagined the MMC saying please with his “commands” lol.

The stepbrother hold up was overdone and felt like so much false angst, especially for the “wild- no rules” FMC.

In late 30s, the characters were also really stiff and uncomfortable in that they hid their relationship from their parents. Just OTT angst and drama.

Ending could’ve been cute other than … again, these are late 30s characters… and the condom thing and not recognizing the issue? That’s just kinda unbelievable at that age.

Ooops… This is a could’ve, would’ve, should’ve enjoyed book, but I just didn’t. I barely made it through it and found myself skimming a lot after 60% because I was bored.

5 star review Oops I've Fallen by Max Monroe

Whenever I pick up a book by Max Monroe, I know I am in for an entertaining, often snort out loud laughing read, that will leave me with a huge smile on my face. These two authors lead the way with romantic comedy stories and are a team I have no hesitation in recommending when anyone asks me for a RomCom recommendation.

Both Ryan and Carly couldn’t be more different and yet the chemistry between them is intense and so smoking hot I felt that I was burning up. For me this book was one continuous laugh; I laughed so much, I cried. Just the idea of Ryan and Carly staying at Sunny Creek Village Independent Senior Living Community was a hoot.

I was invested in every crazy antic that Stella and Sal go up too and would like to hope that I can get up to so much mischief when I get to be their age. They were such awesome secondary characters and added s much entertainment to the story. Both Carly and Ryan felt put upon by their parents and that in itself cracked me up.

Who knew what so much went on in a retirement village? I didn’t, but if I have to move into one I hope it is just like Sunny Creek Village Independent Senior Living Community in Florida.

Pack your bags and get to ready to laugh loud and enjoy the trip to Sunny Creek Florida because Carly and Ryan have just landed and their rambunctious young at heart parents are waiting entertain you.
I fell in love with this couple and the wonderful cast of characters, literally Stella and Sal almost stole the show in this one! Ryan and Carly's meet cute/sassy was a quick glimpse into how this relationship adventure was going to play out. When these opposites attract we have more than steam, we have fabulously witty sarcastic banter, adventure and pulling one another out of their comfort zone!
Carly is a fun loving, live for the moment, easily distracted ski shop and instructor from Colorado. Ryan is our straight laced, suit wearing, rule following business man from New York. When their Florida living parents are involved in a mysterious accident which lands them in the hospital with a buttock injury and a severe groin pull it is these two opposites that swoop in to Sunny Creek retirement community to lend a helping hand. What a wonderfully fun, steamy, low angst romcom with a fabulous cast.

Ryan Miller and Carly Page go to visit their parents Sal Miller and Stella Page after the two of them injure themselves while having sex. At the airport, Carly steals Ryan's taxi and when the two of them meet and learn their parents are dating they become friends and have undeniable chemistry with one another. They start a relationship but it comes to a screeching halt when they find out their parents plan on getting married.
This book was so funny. Stella and especially Sal were two hilarious characters. Ryan and Carly were definitely a case of opposites attracting. He was a rule follower and she was a free-spirited woman who followed her own rules. I recommend this book for anyone looking for a fun, easy, hilarious read.

Wow, wow, wow. Where do Max Monroe dream up their stories. I just loved this story, it was funny, entertaining, light hearted, laugh out loud fun. Stella and Sal were hilarious and l loved the passion between their two grown kids, Ryan and Carly, who had flown to their relative parents assistance when they had, for want of a better expression, an accident. This book had everything, l absolutely loved it. The picture l developed in my mind of the Retirement village, will stay with me a longtime as will the hot and sexy passion between Ryan and Carly, phew!!

I was fortunate enough to receive an ARC and this is my review.

What's happens when two completely opposite type people come together? Laugh out loud hilarity!!

That's what Oops, I've Fallen is centered around. Carly is totally a fly by the seat of her pants person and the stealer of taxis. Who's taxi? Rule follower Ryan's taxi. That's the meet cute. Funny thing....they are both headed for the same place, their widowed parents senior living community. They quickly learn they have chemistry, off the charts hot AF chemistry.

I absolutely enjoyed watching their story play out, especially when it came to all the shenanigans they had to endure at the hands of their parents. I highly recommend Oops, I've Fallen!!!

I just don’t know how they do it, Max Monroe is a 1-click author of mine, and they NEVER disappoint. NEVER! To say this rom-com is funny is an understatement.

Nothing is more uncomfortable than finding out your senior citizen parents are still active 😏. Carly and Ryan found this out the hard way, plus were part of so much more. This story isn’t just a laugh out loud romp, I mean you will laugh A LOT, but it also gives you a heartwarming story of opposites attracting in the best possible way.

Max Monroe has given us yet another fun, steamy, somewhat emotional ride and it’s a perfect escape to make you smile. And don’t we need to just smile sometimes?

Omg this was hilarious! Laugh out loud funny shenanigans at the senior retirement community. Carly comes to take care of her mother and Ryan comes to takes care his father. Carly and Ryan start out as enemies living temporarily next door to each other and that's where the shenanigans start. I laughed so hard at this. There is so much to love. Also some spicy sexy times. This is a fun romp that you'll want to read over and over!

AMAZING!!

This book is Max Monroe at their finest!

Quirky female, alpha male, "unique" side characters, one heck of a storyline, and some highly embarrassing yet hilarious scenes.

It's a laugh one minute, cringe the next kind of book because you then imagine your parents/grandparents doing some of the things that Stella and Sal were up to!

A perfect read for anyone looking for an escape. Sunny Creek has it all....and more.

Story 3.5 stars. Narration 4 stars
This was a cute rom-com about a couple that meet after their parents(his dad, her mom)get hurt and need in home care. It mostly takes place in a retirement community in Florida. It was pretty typical for the genre other than for a change I actually laughed several times. The humor is what took this to 3.5 stars. It’s told from each main character’s point of view with a few chapters coming from one of the parent’s point of view. For the most part I did like the characters although the female main character wasn’t as likable-especially in the beginning-but got better farther into the story. I just couldn’t round it up to 4 stars-just my opinion.

This book almost feels like a two-for-one deal. You get Sal and Stella, neighbors in a senior community, who have an unexplained accident that lands them in the hospital. Enter Carly and Ryan, who come home to care for their parent, only to fall for each other. But they couldn't be more opposite, live in opposites states... oh and, they are about to be future step siblings.

This story was fun. Was it a little over the top silly at times? For me, it was. But I can't deny there were many moments that made me laugh. The romance took some time to shine, and when it did-it was mostly spice. It took a bit of a backside to the humor I think. Which is fine, if your looking for a fun, quick read. Not a new favorite for me, but I liked it.

**Honest review in exchange for ARC**

This book had me laughing from start to finish!
Carly Page, a free spirited ski instructor, has to go help her 70 year old mom, Stella, recover from a broken "butt" injury. Upon her arrival in FL from CO, she encounters Ryan Miller, aka Barney Fife, "the all business CEO type!"😂 After stealing his taxi, she heads to the hospital to see her mom and get her home to Sunny Creek Village. Ryan is in FL from NY to help his 75 year old father, Sal, also a Sunny Creek Village resident, recover from his "broken balls!" Little do these two know, their parents injuries are related, and it had nothing to do with them "taking down some holiday decorations."😜 Ryan sees Carly again, as she is staying next door to his fathers house with her mom. He recognizes her as the "taxi thief" and decides to get back at her by letting her get the wrath of ole Betty, the old broad who thinks she rules Sunny Creek, and this is where the birth of the Carly vs. Betty feud is born, and oh boy, what a feud it becomes!

The different POVs throughout, which include some from Stella and Sal, just made this story so much better!

One of my favorite parts:
Carly to Ryan-"Is Sal allowed to come out and play in the pool with Stella today?" And this is after they've caught their parents making out like teenagers! LOL! The aqua aerobics scene that follows featuring, "Mean Girls: Geriatric Edition" with Stella and Nan, was utterly priceless and had me laughing so hard. And the laughs didn't stop there.

Take the journey with Carly, Ryan, Stella and Sal and discover how love can be found when you least expect it. This book will give you all the feels, and love is most definitely in the air at Sunny Creek.

Max Monroe are one of my favorite duos, and they never fail to make me laugh with their books. If you've never read them before, CHANGE THAT ASAP!!! You will thank me, I promise! Oops, I've Fallen... is a great start into the hilarious minds/world of Max Monroe 😍

And keeping my fingers and toes crossed that the extended epilogue had the prelude to what's to come with more characters from this fantastic book!!!

Love is ageless in a community of the aging.

I loved this story of Carly and Ryan falling in love while taking care of their respective parents. It is written in first person In addition to Carly and Ryan’s POV, the reader also has glimpses of POV from Ryan’s dad, Sal, and Carly’s mom, Stella.

Ryan is a Type A, follow-the-rules kind of guy. He only takes action once it is carefully considered, and the consequences are thoughtfully weighed. Carly is a fun-loving ski instructor and business owner. She is spontaneous, a little wild, and a whole lot sassy. I adored both of their characters and how real they felt to me. Initially they clash when they first meet, but it does not take long for them to appreciate each other for who they are. I love the friendship they build. I love their shared pain over the antics of their parents. (Sal & Stella are a riot and I adored them). I love the attraction between them, a seriously magnetic pull. They are smoking hot, and some of their scenes are kindle melting. I love how Carly pulls Ryan into some fun, and how Ryan pulls Carly to responsibility.

I laughed so much while reading this book. I love the awkward parental love/adult children dynamic. I love the senior living community where Sal & Stella live: a comedy gold mine. I love the story of embracing love and seizing the day, regardless of conventions. The epilogues provide a wonderful HEA and set up potential future books and also link this world of Sunny Creek, Florida, to our New York billionaires that we love so much. I cannot wait for more. I have yet to be disappointed by a book written by this author duo and I was not this time. Love, romance, hot scenes, lovable characters, and laughs are all included in this fantastic rom-com. It was exactly what I needed after kind of a crazy week.

I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after receiving an advance reader copy of the book.

If you ate looking for a hilarious, entertaining read look no further than Oops, I’ve Fallen by the very talented writing duo of Max Monroe. This duo are certainly the queens of entertaining, fun reads but it’s the depth of their characters that take their books to whole nother level. This is Ryan and Carly’s story and boy do they have a tale to tell when they find the self looking after an injured parent who is living the high life in a Florida Retirement Village.....
I laughed so much I found myself crying as I got to know the crazy residents of the Sunny Creek Independent Senior Living Community , these crazy oldies certainly know how to keep a spring in their steps. Having lived on a site in Florida with a strong HOA I found myself cracking up at the antics of the members of the board, i was taken back to my life living with bin brigade people, I was captivated by Stella and Sal’s determination to get up to mischief and keep their passion alive even when their children caught them in the act......
Stella knows how to push Carly’s buttons and Sal joins in the fun and games, but Ryan seems very straight laced until the love bug hits him when he least expected it. This book was a wonderful escape and I highly recommend you all get to know the residents of Sunny Creek. The queens of rom com have once again given us a hero and heroine to fall hard and fast for and secondary characters who will have you laughing out loud. Looking forward to what’s next from this very talented duo.
