This is a great little book discussing various approaches to agile contracts appropriate to the acceptable risks. It consistently focussed on collaboration being more valuable than the contract itself, while recognising the value of a working agreement to set clear constraints. As it has a clear description of Scrum and the value it brings amidst uncertainty and how that plays out in a customer-supplier relationship, it is a book that will be valuable for people not intimately familiar with the scrum framework as well as seasoned practitioners.
