What I’ve learned is a self-help book dedicated to those who are in constant need to be perfect and how tiresome this can become. The book explains how she has learned to love and embrace a more meaningful and transformative life. Although Judgment can be simple and an easier route to take she emphasizes on how to not act out of your own pain and see understanding. She asks us to opt for love and grace and believes that is the light for transformative power.
I particularly enjoyed the part where you learn how the quality of the question determines the quality of your answer. For instance, if you ask yourself ‘Why me?’ or ‘Why did this have to happen to me?’, victimises yourself and hence does not induce the right feeling to get back up. By simply asking yourself, ‘this happened. What do I do about it now?’ is more helpful.

The book can be used as an educational tool for people who would like to make a positive change in their lives. The literature is honest and the book is simple to understand and follow.

I recommend this book to anyone who likes to read self-help material.
