Finally book #2 about Ivi and Tyler and Jeremy!

I adored the first book!

It took Sigal a while to write the second one. But once I found out it was coming, I immediately re-read the first one to refresh my memory.

Hashtag Bookalzheimers!☺

This second book starts with Ivi in Nepal - she was leaving for Nepal at the end of book #1 - but she was planning on coming back to Los Angeles. Only, once she's in Nepal, she's not really so sure about things anymore. Did Tyler really mean it when he said he wanted to be with her? Should she just move into his house again? What would she do all day? She'd need a job? How can she be the girlfriend of a world famous person?

Of course Tyler convinces her to give them a chance. But those questions are still going through her mind ... plus mean fans and the press are not making things easier!

WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH IVI & TYLER?
WILL THERE FINALLY BE A HAPPILY EVER AFTER???
BUY THE BOOK TO FIND OUT! ☺

Ugh, I just love rock star romances!!!!

My favorite genre!

And Tyler is soo adorable. So talented. Such a great boyfriend and dad!

description

I also love the whole cast of this book. Jeremy, Jay, Adina - the whole entourage!

Of course there's also Dante and Brooklyn ... what's with her??? Will we find out more about her in this book? We kinda know nothing about her - only that fans think that she's the love of Tyler's life! Pffft.

This was a great finale to Tyler and Ivi's story. An epilogue-happy-end kind of thing. It shows us how hard it can be to be a rock star's girlfriend.

But also how adorable and sexy and sweet and perfect and beautiful it can be!

I adored these two books!
Great love story for all fans of Rock Star and Hollywood romances!

Can't wait to see what Sigal writes next!

UNPLUGGED II was the perfect finale in Ivi & Tyler's love story! Please run to your nearest amazon for your own rock star, because Tyler is mine! MINE!!☺

The sequel to Unplugged was a quick and lovely read. The book follows Ivi and Tyler's relationship after Ivi decides that she wants to be with him. We follow the characters as they navigate their new relationship and all the challenges that come from Tyler's celebrity status. The book is mostly from Ivi's POV but we also get a little bit of Tyler's behind the scenes.
The angst level was a bit higher with this book as Ivi struggles with overnight fame, lack of intimacy, miscommunication and the need to find herself within an all-consuming relationship. But the overall feel-good vibes are still strong in this book.
I would recommend it to everybody enjoying wholesome romance stories with wonderful characters.

Thoughts right after I put this book down.
1. Deliciously swoon worthy
2. Tyler is an incredible hero
3. Ivi is such a strong heroine
4. I loved the epigraphs
5. I loved the poetic cadence
6. I appreciated the real world topics
7. I adored the side characters, especially Jeremy
8. The conclusion took a while but it was worth the wait
9. I loved the lyrics that were incorporated
10. I adored the THREE epilogues from three points of view. Complete happy ever after ending.

Unplugged II is book #2 and conclusion of the Unplugged duet by Sigal Ehrlich. It is a contemporary romance, told from both points of view with a happy ever after ending.

There are a lot of things to like about the second part of Ivi and Tyler's story.

Ivi doesn't let Tyler control her life, for one. She stands up for herself, and for her needs. When Tyler gets too controlling, she confronts him about it, but in an empathetic way. I absolutely loved this about Ivi in this book. As I said in my review of Unplugged I, the amount of maturity of these characters is through the roof and frankly, it's refreshing to read.

Of course, the romance is wonderfully sweet, to die for. Tyler's worries about Ivi just made my heart melt, his obvious devotion to her and her wellbeing made me swoon, and their love made me long for the same connection. I mean, "See you in my dreams, Kiisu" ? I almost died and went to heaven because of the cuteness overload!

However, as sweet as the story was, I maybe would've liked some kind of plot twist to spice things up, to make it worth reading another 200+ pages. Don't get me wrong, it's definitely worth the read, as I already established, but right now, the book felt more like an extended epilogue to show how everyone was doing great and what was going on in their lives after Unplugged I. Maybe it's because I read both books back to back, and I wouldn't have raised this issue if I had read Unplugged I when it first came out. Who will tell?

Anyway, I would recommend reading Unplugged II because it's just like savoring your favorite sweet dessert after eating the main course. You'll swoon, have a lot of happy sighs and just revel in the gooey feelings it gives you.

I loved the sequel, as much as I loved the first one, no matter the waiting on its release.

I laughed, I lived and sometimes hated. What else can I add about it?

In the second book Ivy is still standing strong and independent and so she confronts Tyler, but then you will fall in love with him because you will see a side you simply can't stop your heart from melting. I would have definitely have enjoyed it more if there where more of twists and turns to the story, but overall I enjoyed it all.

The second book in the Unplugged series picks up right where the first one ends and is a slow-burn romance, one that saw Ivi and Tyler juggling lives in front of the camera along with life behind the fame.  It's a frustrating journey at times as things could've been wrapped up much sooner, but despite that I was still cheering by the turn of the final page courtesy of a likable main couple.  Tyler's embraced his role of single dad, as well as being in a relationship with Ivi, and it's a role that has me liking him all the more in this second part to their story.  Ivi has been a wonderful heroine from the start with her big heart and honorable life goals.  To be in Tyler's life though will mean a lot of sacrifice and in this story readers see how she manages to make her heart and herself happy.

Along with this appealing main couple was a cast of secondary characters that were an utter delight.  Among those secondary characters is Jeremy, a little boy wise beyond his years.  His reciting of facts showed a smart young man that had me wanting to hug him for wanting to make his dad proud.  His factoids were also sometimes funny which made me chuckle a time or two.  I was also drawn to Tyler's bandmates, the playful and brotherly bonds between them, and I hope to see them take center stage themselves in the future!  Even though this was a familiar romance it was a satisfying addition to the genre that fans of rockstar romances will want to read...while waiting for what this author has planned next!

Absolutely loved the second part of this duet, it’s not as witty as the first, but the story devolves into opening our minds a little to the devastation freak weather events bring to already remote and desolate areas and those who live there.
A lot of ground is covered here, but not once did I feel the Author was rushing, or was out of her depth, she appears quite knowledgable about all the subjects in the book!

I also know as I’ve read a slight cross over book of hers, that Tyler Lee and Ivi appear again in another story…
Keep reading and find out where 😉

I really enjoyed this book . I thought all the characters were very likeable . I also liked the fact that Tyler and Ivi s relationship developed slowly without the usual hopping in bed 30 minutes after they meet. The author really conveyed their love for each other. I am so hoping there are other books in the unplugged series. Wonderful

Waited a while for this book to arrive, but it wasn't what I expected, not necessarily a bad thing. Ivi is more of the focus in this one, trying to navigate between her heart and her head in a realistic way. I loved Tyler in book one and still do, he is kind, thoughtful and oh sooo sexy and once he had his sights set on Ivi, he made every effort to give her the world. Ivi did get on my nerves a little but being young and in love with a world famous rock star was a lot to handle. I did lose patience with her not trusting that she could have the relationship and her dreams. I wished the ending was more detailed.
