"What’s the secret to saving your sanity during this pesky pandemic? Can there even be one? There’s a journey that each one of us have undertaken in these testing times. A journey of self-realization and renewed assessment of our lives, marked by silly anecdotes, mindless distractions, and everyday truths. This book is a humorous retelling of the author’s personal blunders and mind-boggling human behavior in general, strung together by a series of hilarious open letters. It is a modest pursuit to deliver a little relief, and diversion from the pandemic’s grim realities. It’s also an attempt to reaffirm the need for a good laugh to help deal with the doom and gloom that now surrounds our lives. Each letter picks up a relatable theme of our lockdown life – be it our obsession with baking banana bread, growing out our beards, or finding the fanciest holiday homes in Goa. What comes out, is a light and delightful offering that anyone living in this era shouldn’t miss. “A breezy read that goes well with your evening tea (like Marie Gold) or finds a permanent spot on your nightstand. A perfect picker-upper if you're feeling down, it reminded me of Bill Bryson's 'A Short History of Nearly Everything' and Hugh Prather's 'Notes to Myself'.”- Manish Bhatt, Founder/CCO August Communications “Hits a cord with everyone who has left the rat race of ‘acquiring new skills’. It is honest, straightforward, and downright hilarious. I loved the book. I found it clutter-breaking, relatable and non-preachy.” - Shilpi Agarwal, Blogger @bookgasmic Some important information: o The book is part memoir, part random lists and part mean musings. o It celebrates the ability to find humor in unexpected predicaments and life in general. o It’s a collection of letters addressed to the most unlikely of receivers, filled with pithy observations, irreverent and ruthless humor about the little idiosyncrasies of life in lockdown. o Each of these perfectly bite sized letters are wonderful accompaniments to the massive mood swings that is our reality in the times of corona. o Under no circumstance, this book is to be taken seriously, seriously. Savor this quick pick-me-up with a hot cup, a pinch of salt and a great deal of grins. "

A light, easy and interesting read. A must-read book.
Amid all the 'what I learned from the pandemic,' Anindita Das presents us What the Pandemic Learned from Me. It is an ode to the fatal virus, to the pain, it brought to us, without warning. Comprising 18 open letters that cover a variety of relatable themes, this book would prove to be an ideal companion with a mug of your favourite beverage.
A few letters I would specifically want to mention are addressed to the vaccine, social media, work-life balance, book the title, and mine is better than yours. One would find themselves relating to some part of these 18 letters that are hilarious and entertaining. They talk about the 'virus,' the people who found new hobbies, the surge of influencers, and a life that was buried under the weight of increasing work expectations.
I loved the refreshing writing here. It is a result of the author's musings and lived experiences. With the convenience of language and satirical tone, reading this book turned out to be a joy ride. What stood out for me was the sheer creativity and imagination that shows up in some of the most amusing terms used in the book. For instance, To kill a mocking virus!
The book ends on an optimistic note cajoling us to hang on to hope and look for a silver lining amid doom. If you are looking for a fun read that keeps you amused and makes you break into a streak of laughter, read it.
The year 2021 has been an eventful one due to many reasons. The limelight of the year has been the coronavirus and how it affected the entire world. Frankly, I wasn't expecting the book to be this good. Pandemic has been nothing less than a nightmare. This book is a light-hearted take on the grim event. It's witty and relatable.
What makes it ironic is that the pandemic propelled Anindita to write a book about the same, and it turned out to be a gem.
She talks about the evolution of WFH, Fitness, Social Media, Social Life, and others during the lockdowns.
It is a witty blend of fiction balancing with humour and comedy. The book has been layered nicely by teh reality of the pandemic going through out the country. The author has penned down funny yet the true scenario of the different types of trends and scenes happened to most of usin this time of global pandemic. These are inspired from the real incidents yet they not the heart wrenching ones instead they are the heart warming, funny and hilarious ones. The book gives the message of being positive even in such a hard time as our strong positive mind is what we need the most here. The book is full of witty and open letter to different things, I won't disclose who are the receivers as I find it pretty much interesting to read in this book and you must too. The book is being layered nicely by the author. The concept and the details involved in the book are well protraited. It has the perfect elements of a light contemporary read. The language used is lucid and crisp. Teh narration is kept simple and easy making it a comfortable read for all the readers. I will definitely recommend this.
The cartoon cover caught my sight and made me pick this book. The title is thought provoking. Through this book the author makes an attempt to bring back and capture those good times before pandemic in a hilarious way. The titles of the chapters look funny and cool at the same time. Every chapter has something to address. Though this pandemic has gifted plight and havoc to people, the author aims to put smile on readers face at least for some time through this book. The lighter side of the current situation is talked about in the book.
I found the book interesting till the end. The language is simple and anyone can understand it easily. Narration is smooth. The book gives us relaxed feeling and I laughed so much after a long stretch. I personally liked these titles from the book;
Goa Wala Gaon Vote for Vaccine Oh My Virus To those people who are stressed, worried, low and depressed this book will be of great help.

This hilarious read found me at the perfect time I was hoping for something to uplift my mood and not only it made me laugh but the optimistic tone at the end gave hope for a better tomorrow as well! While the major purpose of this book is ease this adverse situation and bring smile on one's face, it also serves you a mix of survival skills and mind-boggling human behavior along with opening a world of realisations. There is an overtone of sarcasm mixed with fun and pun.
Out of all beautiful letters my most favorite letter was the open letter to books and I couldn't help laughing at the hilarious titles and the author's imagination to give rise to "Fifty Shades of Corona", "Gone with the Cylinder".. and many more such future bestsellers to be!! And the letter to Punjabi Songs are other ones worth mentioning.
Comprising of eighteen such hilarious letters, this ode to the pandemic is a breathe of fresh air that can calm your self and helps you cope with the mundanity of life. All letters are highly relatable. This book isn't denying the devastating effects of the virus on our life rather trying to ease our situation through a hilarious antidote to the virus.

Book Title: WHAT THE PANDEMIC LEARNED FROM ME A hilarious antidote to the pain that Corona dealt us Author: Anindita Das Format: Kindle
My Thoughts: The year 2020 continued its evil face in 2021 too. But for some reason, it has been a good time for writers and authors, along with readers, to touch new horizons in story-telling. In this connection, I could read many stories written on the pandemic narrative. Though I have read fiction and realistic fiction stories, this book stands apart.
With so much positivity in the narration and nutty liners, every chapter is a delightful read.
Who can read? The book is written in an easy language; a beginner level reader can pick it up. The book also suits the readers who like non-fiction books, reading about everyday life and everyday things. Finally, it also appeals to the readers who love reading books that reflect on life and its many shades.
How good is the author's writing style? How can I even explain the writing prowess author has? What splendid writing! I am so happy reading the book. The reason for my excitement is that I never thought someone would ever think of writing a book like this. I have read other books written during the lockdown times last year and the pandemic. But this is so different and extremely interesting. In this book of 73 pages, the writing skills that author Anindita has shown is impeccable. The humour quotient that the author has illustrated in the book is the highlight.
Every chapter's title is one of the most striking points of the book. In addition, the title itself gives the readers a vague idea about the contents of the chapter.
How entertaining is the book? The book is definitely entertaining. The readers will never miss a smile and a thought pricking in the mind when they browse the book from page to page. There is fun and philosophy in every chapter. However, one of the chapters that I liked more is the chapter where all famous Punjabi Song titles are used and modified. I could not stop laughing and enjoying it.
As an avid reader, I can assure all the readers who will read this book will entertain themselves in these difficult times.
Final Verdict A joyous journey to remove the negativity in thoughts during the lockdown!
Okay! Just took a break from the much needed laughing therapy I needed, to pour down my thoughts about this well written comic; Why comic, you might ask, but why not? It made me live the memories I made, and am still making in name of this pandemic, and why not when it has made me rejoiced everything I did whole heartedly? This flip through has 18 faucets that will make you agree everything you did, you learnt and you rejoiced. Be it cancelled trips and college trips, fitness and cooking enthi that we became, fashionista got a new version and more accepting and okay in burping out loud and colorful pants that we got in. There is one paragraph that really made me laugh and sad at the same time, I would love if you read it and relate with it as much as I did.
¨Even though we Indians have been treating you as nothing less than Las Vegas or Amsterdam since time immemorial, the Covid-19 situation entirely changed this whole game. Corona being the great leveler of people ensured that even the ones who would otherwise head to the distant Faroe Islands or the vibing beaches of Miami, now considered you as the mecca of fun times and pandemic permissible debauchery.¨
And this was a letter to Goa, with pity, nostalgia and sorry (for the unexecuted plans and major missings) in the deepest root of our hearts, well consider me writing the same for beaches, and it legit made me feel sorry for all my traveller enthusiasts
"Dear Books, Without you, life would be a great deal duller, relationship goals more realistic, and dissapointments a tad bit less hurting. Still, what would this real world even be worth if there was nothing loftier to compare it to."
Everyone of us can say that we learnt a lot from the pandemic. From cooking, baking, painting to gardening, redecorating and what not! This book presents a new and fresh approach of looking at the drastic lifestyle changes we've witnessed in the past year and half.
Right from page one, this book draws you in with its immensely witty and hilarious writing. It is a collection of random musings, letters and findings by the author. She subtely drops truth bombs wrapped in a crispy coating of humour!
My favorite musings from this book were dear books, an ode to farewell, dear social media and dear plants. Some made me smile, some made me laugh out loud and the farewell one even made me a bit emotional. Everything in this book felt enormously relatable.
I'd urge everyone to read this refreshing book filled with smart, sassy, humorous anecdotes. Also, I'd specially like to mention the last musing as it gives wonderful advice on dealing with the various problems that've sprung up in our lives due to the pandemic.
WHAT THE PANDEMIC LEARNED FROM ME 💥 ANINDITA DAS the author of this book. A hilarious antidote to the pain that Corona dealt us. I liked the letters like letter one It's A Jungle Out There this letter for Plants, dear plants like everyone else imprisoned for an indefinite period in their not so magical homes, I too had the urge to befriend you, little mean green things. I loved you in my own and I hated it when you shamelessly hung out with other people smiling from their balconies the morning after. This lines are ver beautiful and the imagination of dreams, gardening are good. Here are few plant who survived The Stubborn Snake Plant The Money Plant On Mushrooms The Fainting Aloe Vera The Jinxed Jade The Moral Science Tulsi The Catch Me If You Coriander Well written and humourous book. This why such a book has gained so much attention in a society that lives in fear of the Corona. Thanks to author.I recommend you friends.
What the Pandemic Learned from me by Anindita Das is ofcourse about Covid pandemic that we all have gone through and suffered in some or the other way. But as satirical is the Title so is the book.
In this book, Author very openly through letters, memoirs and musings talks about her experiences throughout lockdown to be more specific during the second wave of Covid. The narration feels like Author is literally talking to the reader and pouring her heart out but there's sarcasm, wittiness and humour throughout. The experiences she has shared, the whole work from home scenario, what people were doing while locked up in their homes, ofcourse the Social Media that was filled with so much different posts with different trends and much more is shared through Author's perspective. It's funny, mean and yet there's a message through each chapter. Something that will stay after you complete the book.
What I feel is much more commendable is Author's observational skills and her humour, sarcasm. For a Debut book, this book is unique and different book that I've read about the Pandemic Topic.
Personally, this book was calming, relatable and a very very unique read for me...!!! Probably my most favourite of 2021 so far...!!!!
What The Pandemic Learned From Me: A hilarious antidote to the pain that Corona dealt us
by Anindita Das This is an amazing and relatable book . Written so picturesquely. If you've ever fallen for someone you'll find the book so apt. The author has put so much of life experience in so little, it's so unbelievable. I like the theme of the book, I can understand most of the lyrics, which keeps me busy in a short time. Anindita dasa succeeded in capturing the lighter side of the epidemic, and this book will certainly create a strong sense of belonging. They also become powerful when not in use! Not an epidemic! I like to read this carefree book, full of smart ideas about myself and the world around me. The guaranteed cure of closed depression, it makes me feel that we are all together and makes me full of hope. I like this book very much, the story is wonderful. The author made this book very interesting, so get ready to read this book. Great job by Anindita Das , and wishing this book heaps of success! Highly recommended 😌✌️ Happy reading😌✌️
After reading this book, I must say I am looking forward to a sequel. The fun musings reminded me of Bill Bryson’s ‘A Short History of Everything’. I hope there’s one for every wave and after.
This was an excellent read. Refreshing and light, filled with humor and yet empathetic - quite relatable. A must-read to deal with the pandemic blues :)
This book hilariously captures all the little endeavors that we added to our lives while we were already juggling between working from home and fighting the coronavirus. Anindita das has successfully managed to capture the essence of the lighter side of the pandemic and the book is sure to evoke a sense of strong relatability. The biggest highlight its abundant humor and makes a very engaging book that will happily take over your reading life during the pandemic. I found myself giggling throughout the book!
After reading this book, I must say I am looking forward to a sequel. The fun musings reminded me of Bill Bryson’s ‘A Short History of Everything’. I hope there’s one for every wave and after.
The pandemic has been hard on all of us. Cramped inside our houses, with only our thoughts to run wild, we have missed up on many of our wishes, dreams, activities and what we usually know as "normality". But on the other hand, this not-normal lifestyle that spanned over months has sure taught all of us something or the other— be it a new skill, a new hobby, a new passion, or completely changed you into a whole different version of yourself.
Author Anindita Das has given an ode to the pandemic through this fun and crisp book. This book is fun, dorky and fuelled with puns and sarcasm. It's a passive dedication to the phenomenon that changed our lives forever. Written in forms of letters, being dedicated to a multitude of things that either built us or destroyed us, this book is the perfect antidote to our feelings for the virus. Ranging from dedications to the houseplants we promised to take care of, to the sad state of our wardrobes and kitchens, our savings and the tragedy called work-from-home, to the missed Goa plans, to even the Punjabi songs and the trends that somehow kept us alive— the author has mentioned it all.
I completed the book in one sitting, chuckling to myself a few times and going "haha... I went through the same thing." There are some delightful moments and ever relatable musings put forward in the book that is sure to amuse you.
The writing style is very fresh and unique. We being the generation that is growing up with the Internet lingo and social media apps, will immensely appreciate the author's take on all things millennial. Read this book with your evening cup of tea or coffee and just enjoy it.
I read the chapters on social media, freedom and start-ups, it had me cracking up. It served as good company during the last days of the lockdown and helped me look at the brighter side of things. Would recommend it!
Book review. What The Pandemic learned from me. Author - Anindita Das. Pandemic gave people a strange memory. Covid made people think that life is absurd. We forgot to laugh for a long time. This book What The Pandemic learned from me touches every aspect of a pandemic. Author Anandita Das funnily narrated this book. Which makes us look the things differently. Every topic of the book focuses on different aspects of the pandemic. From making Banana Bread to missing Goa. Every story presented with optimism. It gives the antidote to what we learned from covid. Book gave me a smile on my face with a lesson. The language of the book is simple and lucid. The writing style of the author is different. Even she created some Punjabi songs into pandemic songs. I loved that part so much. To take another look at pandemics just read this book. #books #bookish #bookofthemonth #bookholic #bookstagram #bookpromo #bookreview.
If life gives you too much drama at once, make a cocktail or brew the poison.
Anindita Das chose the former option. She made a cocktail sassier than my bartender friend and gave us this peppy, fruity, zingy punch that will make you a bit tipsy. Written in the style of open letters, she documented how her (including ours) life changed with pandemic and subsequent lockdown. While we all know and read about the dark grim reality, the author guides us to embrace the new lifestyle no matter how different and dystopian it feels. Not for once, she disregarded the struggle; rather she brought out the fun part of it. For example, in one particular section, she talked about how social media started impacting all of us on a much larger scale. Like comparing one’s interior aesthetic, or house plants growing and we jump into the bandwagon in setting up our spaces, and judging every single element in a very resentful manner. The fact that we have stopped appreciating ourselves led to negative outcomes one after another. Now the thing is we can talk about this, in much more “serious, harsh ways” but she took the alternative path and gave us a book filled with satire. Satire is an easy way to consume because on the surface level it's funny, hilarious, and light but the after effect stays for a long time. Although it's more about the author’s musings, it's very relatable to all of us. Did we ever imagine working from home for more than a year, or graduating without attending the convocation? Then she shared her experiences with retail therapy, experimental cooking, getting the perfect body, and so on. We all have been there, maybe we still are in a subdued manner or maybe we just got adapted to the new lifestyle. The point is, she is giving us those fun elements to accept as we try to understand our surroundings. Most of us who live in urban settings are considered privileged (which we are) but the struggle is ubiquitous. It just changed its form. In a way, it’s a very different book about a very serious topic and the author made sure that we think about our tiny decisions and what we are feeding in our mind (read: toxic social media culture).
QOTD : How your life has changed in the times of Corona?
Well, "What Pandemic learned from me" is a different take on the Corona virus. We may have read many stories published afterwhile but this is probably the first book that doesn't deal with pain but influence the Audience to take changes in cool way along with humor content. The Author mainly shares her experiences and her random thoughts in this book in the form as Letters. The pandemic have caused so much of destruction especially in the working class who didn't have security & who depended on daily wages. But for Job holders, things were not affected too deeply as they had savings yet many of them suffered due to Job Loss. Entrepreneurs had no business/project in hand as all the shops were closed. But at this time, Work from home concept & Online business terms became popular.
The Author narrates some hobbies that she implied in her daily routine which even we can do. The writing is concentrated towards humor. While reading this book, one can relive the pandemic time & since it is faced by everyone of us, readers can easily relate to it. The book is attractive like a cartoon poster, but it's the Title that made me pick up this book. There were many things like dreaming to go outside on trips, trouble of commodities, hoping for vaccine, adjusting to an introvert life which can take us back to lockdown period. I agreed to the Author regarding the fact that "This pandemic has made people creative". We were so adjusted to our comfortable levels & it's the pandemic loss & trouble that pushed us out of our comfort zone and now there are many new trending working opportunities that we are implying.
Overall this book is a light read. You will find yourself just connected to the plot. The writing style has a scope for development. If you are someone who isn't affected by Pandamic or if it hasn't caused any loss, you can enjoy the humor in this book. It's One time Good read.
The pandemic hit everyone hard, make everyone closed inside our house with an indoor life scrolling down social media exploring new things learning new skills & at the end of the day found ourselves in a jail in a negative & depressed atmosphere. . But author seemed to be a very different prospective of viewing the pandemic. . It's give you the time to explore something new experiencing something new something different which you didn't able to do before. Not only that but it also helped you to develop new skill sets but in a different way. . The things which we always ignored suddenly came into limelight during the lockeddwon like the attitude or behaviour of our family members their likes dislikes more precisely. The concept of online classes work from home are completely new for everyone but how everyone adopted to them is played a significant role to keep the world moving which we found in the book. . There are many different things like 18 different letters you find in the book which are completely different from each other. . To know more about it grab the book & give it a try. . . The cover of the book is simply designed with a replica of covid virus in a yellow theme. The writing style of the book is a bit different. All those books we read about the pandemic is just showing it's bad impact on our lives how much it is difficult to survive in the situation. But this book is showing some positive colour focusing on what we get during the lockeddwon in a very lucid manner. The language of the book is crisp gripping and putting forward everything in a very familiar manner. The narration of the book is something I really appreciated as a result. Because author tried to spread her positive thinking among the readers. This pandemic brought many negativity & depression in our lives but the book is just like an antidote to it.Putting forward such a nice book in a hilarious manner is another plus point of this book.
Let me take a minute and just tell you that I love the cover presentation with all its vibrant colors!
It already brightens up my mood.
When the world is stuck by a pandemic and everybody is struggling to remain positive and happy, this book brings to us a ray of sunshine by showing us the funny side of our lives.
A comical take about what we experienced suddenly when we had to lock ourselves down for months with an uncertain future and what we are still going through till today has been presented in satirical and amicable perspectives.
The things that we avoided generally, now became the focus of our lives when we have got so much of time being indoors we have started noticing things and weird behaviours of our loved ones more prominently.
Like for instance people who are very outgoing had to befriend few plants as pets because they need some company of living beings in the lockdown. It is really funny if you have ever noticed that ever after trying all the online hecks still your snake plant feels like a faux piece or your tulsi maiya never grows perfectly like your neighbours.
Work life has never been so different. Now people stay and work from home. The struggle of working at home with kids running around, the vegetable wala shouting can be very irritating and worrying but again it has funny sides to it. Similarly ramblings on the increasing presence of people online and the competition to be addictively fitter, beautiful and have a fake presence has been taken up too.
I loved her keen observations in a satirical yet light and amiable tone on various aspects of our lives.
The musings are hilarious and witty
This quirky book lets us remember to lighten up and still enjoy our lives in these difficult times.
The pandemic has been no picnic for us all. Squeezed inside our homes, with just our contemplations to go out of control, we have missed up on a significant number of our desires, dreams, exercises and what we generally know as "ordinariness". Yet, then again, this not-typical way of life that traversed over months has sure shown we all something or the other—be it another ability, another diversion, another enthusiasm, or totally transformed you into an entire distinctive variant of yourself.
Writer Anindita Das has given a tribute to the pandemic through this fun and fresh book. This book is fun, dorky and fuelled with plays on words and mockery. It's a detached commitment to the marvel that changed our lives until the end of time. Written in types of letters, being devoted to a huge number of things that either constructed us or obliterated us, this book is the ideal remedy to our sentiments towards the infection. Going from commitments to the houseplants we vowed to deal with, to the miserable condition of our closets and kitchens, our investment funds and the misfortune called telecommute, to the missed Goa plans, to even the Punjabi melodies and the patterns that by one way or another kept us alive—the creator has referenced everything.
I finished the book at a time, laughing to myself a couple of times and going "haha... I went through exactly the same thing." There are some brilliant minutes and ever relatable thoughts set forward in the book that makes certain to entertain you.
The composing style is exceptionally new and novel. We being the age that is growing up with the Internet language and web-based media applications, will hugely see the value in the creator's interpretation of everything millennial. Peruse this book with your evening cup of tea or espresso and simply appreciate it.
Pandemic brought outrageous exhaustion and anguish. Either individuals were going around to save their friends and family or basically wait in the midst of the developing uneasiness. Psychological wellness has unquestionably gone for a throw while the quantity of Coronavirus cases arrived at new highs. Furthermore, while the tempest may look winding down, it is a long way from being done. We as a whole merit some carefree humor, and this is actually what this book serves liberally.
In the midst of all the 'what I gained from the pandemic,' Anindita Das presents us What the Pandemic Learned from Me. It is a tribute to the deadly infection, to the torment, it brought to us, all of a sudden. Involving 18 open letters that cover an assortment of relatable subjects, this book would end up being an optimal buddy with a cup of your number one drink.
A couple of letters I would explicitly need to specify are addressed to the immunization, web-based media, balance between fun and serious activities, book the title, and mine is superior to yours. One would wind up identifying with some piece of these 18 letters that are silly and engaging. They talk about the 'infection,' individuals who discovered new diversions, the flood of influencers, and a day to day existence that was covered under the heaviness of expanding work assumptions.
I adored the reviving composition here. It is a consequence of the creator's thoughts and lived encounters. With the accommodation of language and humorous tone, perusing this book ended up being a drive around. What stood apart for me was the sheer innovativeness and creative mind that appears in the absolute most entertaining terms utilized in the book. For example, To kill a deriding infection!
The pandemic changed a lot for everyone, it influenced almost all the spheres of our lives. Many things became a part of our lives as we started living according to the new normal. "What the pandemic learned from me" is an attempt to put a smile on your face as you revisit those experiences with a light mood.
It is a collection of eighteen letters addressed to things like books, plants, social media, vaccine, pretty much everything we dealt with or paid attention to or passed time with during the pandemic. There is sarcasm, humour and positivity in all the letters.
You will relate to most of the things as all of us tried learning a new hobby during the pandemic or tried our hands at gardening. As work from home became the new normal, we saw the line of distinction between work and life go blur. And on top of all this, we couldn't help but get jealous about how the students didn't have to go to schools and the sacred Board exams got cancelled.
Written with witty humor and sarcasm in right amounts, What the pandemic learned from me will make you laugh and will call you out too for trying to be better than the other person on social media.
What The Pandemic Learned From Me: A hilarious antidote to the pain that Corona dealt us is a funny take on the pandemic and how we as a society reacted to it. The book is part memoir, part random lists and part mean musings. It celebrates the ability to find humour in unexpected predicaments and life in general.

🌻My favourite chapter from the collection would be Book The Title. The titles mentioned in this one were so funny like - The Vaccine Thief The Virus Code Fifty Shades Of Corona 🌻And then there was this Punjabi song one- Main Tera Vaccine, Tu Meri Virus… Fever Si Chad Gayi Oye…
👉The book is very well written with easy language and narration. It is highly relatable and a refreshing read. The thought process behind this book is incredible. There is sarcasm, humour and positivity in all the letters. If you are willing to read something light and funny, this one is for you.
When the globe is engulfed in a pandemic but everyone is fighting to stay optimistic and joyful, this book provides a bit of light by highlighting the favourable view of our existence. A humorous and friendly take on what we went experiencing while we were abruptly forced to shut ourselves up for months with an unclear future and what we've been still dealing with nowadays has been portrayed. Issues that we had previously ignored has become the centre of our life as we spent even more time inside that we began to notice issues and strange tendencies in our family members more clearly. People who are extroverted, for example, have had to adopt a few plants as pets since they require the companionship of live beings during the lockdown. While Anindita is effective in communicating a subliminal hint, it is never overt or obvious, and you will begin to pursue a good laugh until the very last page! Furthermore, in terms of the pandemic mystery that drew you to this page, she educates the readers for dealing with the current virus while it is still active, as well as other infections that we encounter on a daily basis, which she clearly depicted. Employment has never been more diverse. Many nowadays choose to work at home. Working at home with children rushing around but the veggie vendor screaming might be aggravating and frightening, but it can also be amusing. Likewise, rants about people's rising online presence, as well as the struggle to be enjoyably fitter, attractive, and have a false existence, have been popular.
