What if you could build an organization that your people found naturally attractive? What if the tech it used wasn't met with resistance but rather with anticipation? What if both were more like an enjoyable experience and less like, well, work?

"Deep Tech and the Amplified Organization" gives you four ways to look at what you're doing and how you're doing it. Reading it earns you four perspectives to raise, grow, and earn attention for your business. By exploring how platforms, purpose, people, and the planet (the 4Ps) work individually and collectively, you'll become a relationship architect. A leader capable of using your (now more profitable) organization to create positive social impacts.

I've read the book and am applying the concepts to a non-profit start-up. It's uncanny how aligned we have become at such a young age (2 years as of this writing). The coolest part is that the tech we use changes so quickly, but our values, motivations, and 'core' stay the same. Priceless.
