A great journey! Definitely read her main book "Hello, Fears!" before taking on this one. Biggest takeaways:
1. Face rejection 2. Put your phone away 3. Embrace the unknown 4. Try to fail everyday 5. PLAN YOUR COURAGE - this was the biggest one for me. I'm a planner by nature and I am much more successful when I plan things. If I want to practice courage, it starts with planning. When I'm structuring my day, I need to look for opportunities to be courageous and put them in the plan. I'm much more likely to choose courage when I have time to think about it. 6. My process for facing fear: Plot (tell the story - what's the best that could happen?). Plan (theorize what will be needed - what are the next steps?). Prepare (gather the elements, organize). Panic (when I'm ready, but it's not yet time, I overthink and question. Knowing this step is coming, I can prepare to overcome it). Perform (do the thing). Post mortem (how did it go? What could have been better?)
