I won this book through a goodreads giveaway. It's well-written using easy to understand language and interesting anecdotes. The book does pull in multiple directions: using the author's ScaleX Framework, describing the scaling of the author's company, and describing successes of other businesses. While the chapter layout remained the same, with clear distinctions between the chart at the beginning, main chapter in the middle, and the story about another company qt the did, the number of pieces led to my confusion as a reader, so I abandoned the book several times before finishing.

It's a bit confusing between everything. I was left confused at to which advice to follow. I was hoping this would also help me scale my businesses, but some information was conflicting while other lacked description.
