I'm trying to eat a more Mediterranean diet, and I have a hard time because I love food and do not like a lot of the "diet" foods. However, I love the easy and yummy recipes. I can eat vegetables, fruits, and lean meats but never really find great recipes combined with all of this food. This one is a great one. Stuff that sounds good to eat.
There are so many mistakes. You will have to read between the lines and guess a lot of the times, on what is meant. In the area I live some of the ingredients are not available.
