Deborah is a careleaver from Ghana who advocates for orphans and vulnerable children. She hosts the Share to Stir show on YouTube, where stakeholders meet to discuss child welfare policies in Ghana and beyond. 2020 Deborah won the 2020 Amazing Woman Award for her humanitarian work in Ghana. Deborah is the author of three other books, including Beyond the Orphanage: A Journey of Hope and Aspirations, Forest in the Wilderness, Life Inside a Ghanaian Orphanage, and Great Minds, Great Ideas. She is a trained agricultural economist pursuing a master of social work degree at Dalhousie University.
