I’ve read every one of Mike’s books and absolutely love them. Every word is intentional. He’s blunt, eve ru word is impactful, he has real raw stories, and he’s so practical. I have this book by my desk so I can flip to it whenever I need a reminder or direction. Would absolutely recommend!! So grateful he wrote another book.
Just a regular salesman selling his everyday thougts and stories that anyone could come up with. Nothing insightfull, nothing even slightly enlightening.
Great tips. The author advocates for compassion and consistency to meet sales goals and actively disparages managers who yell at and belittle their employees.
Really liked how this book talks about empowering team to run their own business and teaches that the job of a manager or a leader is to support not micromanage.
Really great tools and strategies for first time sales managers! Mike weaves in stories with tactical advice for creating winning sales teams that you can implement immediately!
This book was great for me. I am beginning my journey as a new sales manager and I was enlightened to a lot of things in the book. I would recommend to the new sales manager.
Super practical. Minimal fluff but in a way that doesn’t feel dry. Would recommend to any first time manager, perhaps even seasoned ones, to revisit the fundamentals!
