A fine example of how a self help book should look like. There is no any single uneccessary word in it. There is no desasterous attempts at humour and being likable to readers. There is no smarty-pants guru attitude. There is no autobiographical gibberish. There is no senseless or impossible advices. This book is all about straightforward and approachable presentation of some obvious truths which we all should see for ourselves but we simply fail in doing so in our daily lives. It is highly educational, readable, and easy to swallow. It fullfulls it's own purpose - to teach you how to be more functional individual.
