you might think you've heard all the time management tips, but this one has some i'd never thought of, and some i've been able to put into place. i've already noticed that i'm more productive and have gotten a lot more accomplished on my to-do list. this is a valuable read, i'd recommend it to everyone, especially working professionals and parents.
I have always been obsessed with time management, something I have not had to worry about for five years, but this is not only an excellent digest of many things I have read before, but it integrates an amazing amount of new idea. Be sure to check out the checklist on making a purchase decision.
if you're not an American dad with a wife and 2.5 kids and a comfortable salary commuting to a desk job during the 1990s, this book probably will not feel that useful to you
Usually I don't go for these Idiot's Guides to Blah Blah, because I think that they're for lazy people who struggle to get through things without pictures. Nevertheless, I was instructed to review this book, and I was pleasantly surprised. This book was not a waste of my time to read. In fact, it was downright helpful. Time management has always been something that I've had a tenuous grasp on at the best of times, but this book presented lots of options to choose from that make a lot of sense to implement. I recommend this to anyone who would like to increase their productivity, especially to the younger crowd. They could use it.
I loved a lot of the ideas in this book, the only disadvantage was that it was mostly written for someone working, but it still had some great ideas that I've applied to my life. I hope I can follow through with them.
Great for people who lack time management skills. I was never taught any of these skills, so it was useful to me. Things, like not doing everything for yourself and paying others to have more time to do what you want I believe, was excellent advice, clearing the desk to have fewer distractions and therefore more time is also something I'm going to do and lastly sleeping better to be more efficient and therefore more alert is something I am already practicing and noticing the change, so thanks!
