This is basically a guide to the Central branch of the NY Public Library as it was in 1916. I don't know why I find this so interesting, but I really do. This makes me want to go to NYC just to see this building. I know it's probably way different in how things are set up and everything now, but the building itself must be an amazing sight. Not to mention Patience and Fortitude.

I also learned that, when this handbook was published, the distance between the northernmost branch and the southernmost branch of the NYPL was 40 miles.
