Absolutely lived, laughed, & loved my way through this comic. ~
It featured classic villains, brought back the Terra/Slade plot (which I’m pretty sure was reminiscent of an actual TT ep), made Robin jealous over Star’s fake aqualad crush, & the cute joke:
Starfire + Fire Extinguisher + Fish = Starfish

Same as the volume 1 I just read but each volume has one story that’s different.

”Storm” is illustrated by Todd Nauck was one of the artists and I’m a big fan of his work. It is otherwise a cute but trite story about Thunder and Lightning. Two characters that I don’t think worked in the comics either!
”How You Play The Game” also illustrated by Todd Nauck. It’s immediately noticeable! The writing also improved being a much more… maybe not ‘adult’ but more interesting story this time. Blackfire trying to trick her sister and not quite succeeding.
”Naked City ” has Beast Boy turning one arm into a gorilla arm! I don’t think he can do that!
For some reason the Titans are based in “Jump City”. This is new to me.
II”You really ought to wait for a costume, Starfire… otherwise the boys won’t be able to help. /II
This was a story about Mad Mod hypnotizing citizens and getting them to wear 60’s clothes.
” War Machine ” has the Titans fighting Gizmo’s giant robot with their own giant robot built by Mr. Fixit. I don’t remember him/it.
That was.. pretty forgettable. Good art though.
” Finding Nero ” is about Aqualad, a truly excellent redesign (as they all are actually).
II”Plus, if I remember correctly, he didn’t smell that bad for a boy.” /II
The last story was about Aqualad and an old ‘gillfriend’..
Well, the art carried all of these stories though the Aqualad story was the best of them all. I’d give the book as a whole 3 stars, though the art was very good.

Four of the five stories here do an excellent job of channeling the television show. In those same four, the artwork is phenomenal (particularly the effects) and the characters appear 'on model.'
A colossal 'well done' to writer J. Torres for nailing the dialogue and personality of each Titan in his narrative!

Read this to my daughter (who loves the cartoon) at bedtime. A lot of fun - silly stories but still clever and some great art.
Only problem - my small sized edition cropped the boarders to close so some dialogue boxes were cut off.

I liked this collection more than the first. It had a few of the more serious storylines as well as more Terra! (I hated her in these comics but I liked that she was in them)

July 25, 2025Somewhere between TTG and standard TT. The newer TTG graphic novels and comics capture the look and tone much better IMO, if you’re looking for zanier antics.

These books are very punny. I love that they're small and easy to read, but also very enjoyable. Each book has five separate issues that are stories that can teach children valuable life lessons. I am really enjoying the Teen Titans Go! series. If you were a fan of the cartoon, this is definitely a must read.

Better than the first volume. The stories didn't seem quite as juvenile.

Enjoyable, but some issues felt a little out of sync with the tone of the t.v. series and I didn't feel like any of them were standout.
