This is a book you DO more than read. I have just begun but am already seeing results.
Anna David's The Write Method is a series of 14 daily questions that not only make you think but reconsider.
The goal is to gain greater perspective and inspiration and make decisions and take actions towards major life goals. It is about defining what we want, to be or do, in life. Also about acknowledging how far we've come, what we have done right.
The questions are designed to help the person take action in order to move forward.
Plenty of space is built into the journal to write responses and it is easy to look back and build upon previous answers and goals.
