Another hit. This series is getting better and better. Would highly recommend this book. Love how the serum changes the main character and then actually knows that his protecter is his mate and not just his protector.

This is an OK shifter romance, but it seemed that the couple was more in lust than in love. Archer and Destiny were both likable, but I would have liked a little more romance and a little less sex.
This was a quick read, so there wasn't time for as much character development as I like -- but there was enough to like the couple and to want them to find their HEA.
I thought Archer would have had a little more trouble adjusting to suddenly becoming a shifter. I get that the story was trying to show that everyone reacted differently to the shifter serum, but his almost immediate ability to shift and fight was a bit hard to believe.
One complaint is that most of Milly's stories are a bit too explicit for me. I like hot sex in romances, but I would prefer it to be a little less descriptive and dirty. I am not a prude, but the really explicit stuff is just not romantic to me. But I will continue to read Milly's writing, as it is entertaining and fun.
My rating system is below.
1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it.
2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws.
3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating.
4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one.
5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.

Leopard shifter Destiny Jackson is ex-military and is now working for Nick’s shifter protection agency. The last thing she expected was to be assigned to guard Archer and realise that it was true - he is her fated mate. Archer Rogen knows about the shifter protection agency and those female shifters are often assigned to meet/protect their mates. When he installs a new security system and discovers a dangerous situation he is all too eager to call Nick to ask for a bodyguard. When he meets Destiny he is thrilled as she is smart, beautiful and everything he ever dreamed of. A close encounter with death and the use of the shifter serum was bumpier than he would like. Now that he has brains and brawn they both have a small window until a nefarious plan comes to fruition. Can they stop it before it’s too late?
I enjoyed this story with the accidental discovery, the plot and the major players involved. The relationship between Destiny and Archer was good and I definitely felt that his prior knowledge of the mate possibility made life easier for him to accept and know exactly when he was getting into it from the start. Easy to read and understand. Contains some mature content.

A wonderful read, thoroughly enjoyed every moment of book and characters
This was another wonderful read by Milly Taiden, the plot and the characters were such an interesting read which I guarantee you will never be able to put down once the book has been started you will not be able to put the book down until you reach the final page.
Destiny is a leopard shifter who is brave and strong and who helps to care for those that she protects, she has turned her back on her rich family for the Shifter Protection Agency which is a job she greatly respects.
Archer is thrilled with Destiny as she is brave, clever and filled with determination and intrigue and I know that others that read this book will be totally entranced by this book as well.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

Milly Taiden does sweet, sexy shifter stories better than anyone. Archer is book 14 in the Alpha Geek series, and this particular adventure belongs to Destiny and Archer. This story was a fun read full of super sexy love scenes and a dangerous mystery to solve.
I became invested in the story from the beginning, and I loved the fierceness of Destiny's character compared to Archer's fragility in the first half of the story. It's a dynamic rarely seen in romance stories of any genre.
Archer is only 197 pages which was a great reading length. Not too short, and not too long. This series has many stories that have already been told. I did not start from the beginning; however, I love this series, and I will absolutely go back to see how all this shifter fun began. Five stars from me!

He'd come up poor but his incredible security system made him wealthy beyond his imagination. He was called on by many to install his system. One client in a mansion was already super wary and had guards with him and his installers the whole time, almost. During his check, he found the reason for his concern.
Calling on the shifter protection agency he's aware and even thrilled he could find someone to be his and end his loneliness. The danger and serum to change him were not easy but it saved his life and made him strong enough for his assigned guard. And yes she was the one—but could they work together to save lives by taking the dangerous ones down before it was too late?
Good characters, lots of steam, danger, and action.

This is probably my favorite “Geek” story so far !! With Archer being aware of shifters and Destiny growing up rich they had endless possibilities for being mates and falling in love. Throw in the bad guys, running for their lives and Archer’s shift and you have one of Milly Taiden’s well crafted, thoughtfully planned out Paranormal Romances. 5⭐️’s I received anARC from the Author and am choosing to leave a personal review.

It's been awhile since I've read the last Alpha Geek book in this series(didn't know there were so many...LOL) and this one with alpha geek Archer was just as good as the last one I read. Loved the instant chemistry between Archer and Destiny. I liked the action...not so angsty/drama filled...very HOT sexy times and just enough romance to make this an overall enjoyable read. Very nice!.

Archer couldn't believe what he saw, while installing a security system for an eccentric, wealthy client. He called his friend Nick for a bodyguard. What he got was Destiny, leopard shifter. He couldn't believe his eyes. She couldn't believe fate- this fragile human was her mate. But fate once again stepped in, and almost dying wasn't in the cards- not when you have shifter serum. And baby- what a difference it makes! Another fabulous Alpha Geek story from Milly Taiden!

Omg this is number 14 wow when I read the first book it was a stand-alone and now this series has grown to be one of my favorites. This latest book is about Destiny and Archer I love the fact that the men are super intelligent and all the women are these beautiful strong shifters it is like Big Bang Theory on steroids. Destiny and Archer were no exception and when he was able to become a shifter mega alpha mode was activated. I love this series and I cannot wait for the next book.

Well talk about have brains and being sexy. Loved this book. Archer is a nice twist to the basic smart nerd where used to reading about. Destiny is definitely a take no prisoners kind of gal but when she meets Asher will she be able to control her need for him. Or will the pull be to much for her to handle. This was a fun read with action all through.

Another fantastic addition to this series!! Plenty of action intrigue, suspense, and steamy encounters to keep you hooked from beginning to end making it a helluva read. This one was different from the previous alpha geek story. Of course, there is still that danger, that near death experience that necessitated the use of the serum and finding that fated mate. But the alpha tendencies are present even before they were transformed. I loved how our alpha loved his mate, before and after though he is a bit too showy of his riches.

Love this series. In this story we follow Archer and Destiny, there story was interesting and exciting with lots of action and adventure. I enjoyed the way they fitted together and there HEA. I am excited to read more Alpha Geek stories.

Archer is the 14th in the series you would think that these stories would get stale but the author finds a new twist with each tale and this is no different. Archer and Destiny will have you flipping pages to see what happens next.
