Rudy's book is pretty darn good.
Anyone who constantly seeks improvement would enjoy this book. The best part about Rudy and his book is that he speaks from experience and from being an "average joe'.

First off I really liked the book. Its a guy from a low income family who was not the smartest, not the fastest, not the strongest, etc. But somehow he got what he wanted out of life. How often we think that somehow we are not good enough. He even understood limitations. He was never going to be the starting QB in the NFL, but he could achieve what he wanted which was to go to Notre Dame and dress for the game.
Rudy's Insight #10 is especially resinating with me. Always have a dream. I call it always have a goal. My wonder wife always asks me why I keep moving on to the next certification, the next challenge. Because I love learning and that gives me energy to go to new levels. Rudy calls these Dreams. While at college I would have never considered a career as a Bank Examiner, but my time with the OCC and NCUA was some of my best times. Being able to work with C suite executives and help them build a safer and sounder financial institution.
Other people have done it. So can you!
