As the author of the first book on SAP Event Management I am proud to be a part of it. I've been working with SAP Event Management since 2006 and it's one of those products that immediately struck me as being invaluable. So many of my previous clients have asked me questions like "What's the count of my order going through my process fully automated?" or "What % of my products are shipped on time?" or "Where are the issues in my process?". As an SAP Solution Architect, I deal with just these types of concerns and have always needed to come up with the processes to minimize the exceptions... Now I add SAP Event Management on top to monitor these processes to uncover and report on these exceptions which allows the customer to manage their processes by exception. This is HUGE!!! This saves time and expense. The book is aligned to address the high level executive reader down to those already involved in the SAP EM world. Enjoy the read and let me know what you think.
