Helpful! Although I'm already organized, I'm always glad to find more tips on being even more so and saving time. This helped me both not only in my work but personal life.
It could probably due with a little update being more paper focused than electronic, but the electronic communication advice in here is still relevant 18 years later.
I think just about everyone would benefit from this quick, helpful read.
This book is a very quick read and while not all the tips will be useful to every reader, there is something for everyone in this book. It's definitely worth the time and you'll be able to apply tips as you go, so even if you don't get all the way through you should be able to start applying the tools in this book right away.
Good Tips. Start saving time by having a clean & organized desk. Set aside time for responding to emails / phone calls / voice mails. Chair meetings when needed with a clear cut agenda & expectations (outcome and stakeholders).
One of the idea i like is to use shopping time by giving the list to your kids and let them to get shopping list done while you use your time at the super market cafe shop..
A quick read book. First few pages are very well written bearing very good tips but as you continue reading you begin to realize that the tips are becoming more simple and in some cases not relevant, by doing some of them actually you are going to waste some times. Well; speaking of saving time, this review was written in the bathroom.
Good book with lots of good tips. Some of them are a bit dated with today's technology, but can be applied with a little adaptation, such as for virtual employees/teams. The tips are short and sweet, and can be easily and quickly applied by a devoted reader. I used this book with my team and we got a lot of value out of the discussion and application of different tips to our activities.
This book is definitely geared towards executives, not an average worker. It's also clearly a bit outdated when it comes to the technology references and suggestions.
