This is another book that I read with a group, we would read a chapter a week and then meet to discuss the chapter. It was a interesting way of reading this book. In the group it really became clear that some found the limits of their own Beliefs.

I found it very informative and in some ways even exciting. It really explains how we are all connected to each other and to everything else. With what I term 'new science' this is a must read, just be ready for your Beliefs to be stretched and beyond.

It is easier just to Disbelieve in such things, then to truly examine our own established Beliefs. Such Disbelief in this situation is a form of Denial and we know where that leads.

One area that I disagree with Braden is his statement that Miracles need to happen with more than one witness in order to be classified as a Miracle. Miracles are not dependent on witnesses. A Miracle can happen with a single witness, I know because I have experienced such a Miracle. I know what I experienced, I do not need other outside confirmation to know what I experienced.

Very good book! It kept me interested throughout the entire read. Now I think i need to read The God Code. I agree with just about every one of his views. I have always said to the people around me that we create our own reality. In the Literal sense.

Finished "The Divine Matrix" by Gregg Braden.

I went into the book half skeptical and half open-minded. The introduction tipped that balance in favor of skeptic when it said, "...there are places where I've chosen to focus more on the radical and unexpected results of the quantum experiments, rather than getting bogged down with too many technical details of the experiments themselves." This sentence alone seems to imply mutual exclusivity to these two things, but I don't see a connection. Further, the first half that focuses on radical and unexpected results goes against my belief in what science is. At least for the second half the author promises references to the experiments themselves. I may have to look those up.

After referencing experiments, page 58 goes on to state, "Although we may not be able to prove scientifically why these things happen, we all know that they do." The author tries to inoculate against claims of pseudoscience, yet I am left to believe that is what it is.

Thus far it hasn't gone into the ethics of trying to make changes in ones world. Noe also: prosperity preaching.... Okay, page 119 mentions getting permission, and that healing should be in a noninvasive and compassionate way.

When a group mediated for peace, it worked. When they stopped, violence came back worse than before. Is this some sort of evidence that violence is intelligent and patient? Also, the sample size here is very small, as many are in this book.

Page 154 talks about some universal feeling of abandonment demonstrated in the Lord's Prayer, then goes on to offer an alternate translation for the same that removes the abandonment sense in it. What's the point?

The third universal fear of surrender and trust - the author invokes the evening news, but doesn't mention the fact that the evening news skews the information about dangers in the world. This is almost sensationalism to make a point.

In the chapter about mirrors I am amused that the author shared a story about a cat and anthropomorphosed the cat, which in itself is a ind of mirror. He considered the behavior of the cat as a mirror for other things going on in his life, but seemed to miss that ascribing human motivations to a cat is a kind of mirror, too.

All in all, I don't put much weight in the author's work here. Even with what I have seen first hand in my life, put me firmly in the "skeptic" column.

He begins his book by saying that "he hasn't had time to had his hypothesis peer reviewed." In other words, none of his "peers" would agree with his hypothesis. He claims to be a NASA scientist, and he may very will be.

It's pretty much more of the same: energy, frequency, vibration... with no real explanation of what these things are, and no actual science to support them. He makes a lot of assertions, but doesn't back them up, nor does he tell you how to find the studies he uses.

I had to do a Google search of several of those studies, and simply wasn't able to find anything that supported his conclusion, and so I had to assume that he was probably getting his information from one of those New Age Web sites.

It's a fun read in that, it would be nice if life were that simple, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

This book was outstanding! It is absolutely a must read, and I have been telling my friends to read it! I have gone on a Gregg Braden reading spree! If you haven't read his books, I suggest reading this one first. He presents a mix of science and spirituality in a way which is easily understood by the general public. You don't need a degree to understand the science parts. Personally, I happen to love both, and was up to date on most of the science he wrote about.

It is a welcome change of pace to read about G-D from a man with a scientific background. Scientists prefer calling G-D, "Matrix," well, a rose by any other name is still a rose! I love Braden's style and his perpetual seeking of knowledge along with an open mind. Braden does an excellent job shining light into this world.

I don't normally like to "gush," but read "The Divine Matrix" and you will understand! Together we can all make this world a joyful, loving place to live for all people everywhere. I have taught often that words are powerful, as are thoughts, and now there is science behind "proving" it!

Somebody who really buys into this crap gave me this book. I read it and found it to be a lame mixture of pseudo-scientific hogwash for the gullible. It uses information about quantum physics to persuade people that they only need to imagine the outcomes they desire to have the future unfold the way they would like it to be. I feel for the poor slobs like the guy who gave me the book who utterly buy into this garbage.

This is a very well-written book about some of the discoveries in modern quantum physics and how this relates to some of the old believes that different religions have had for several millenniums. It's about how everything is connected through what in this book is presented as the divine matrix and it's about how we are participants of the univers and not just observing it in a separated way. Everything is reflected in everything - it's the principle of a holographic univers where everything is everywhere all the time. One part of the book that I especially loves is where Gregg Braden takes us through some of the different scientific experiments that shows this holographic characteristic of our univers. In one experiment they show that even though two things are separated (or at least in our perception) they still show behavior that looks more like they are not separated. He also explains how we can use this knowledge in our life and how we communicate with the divine matrix - the language of the matrix is feelings, emotions, prayers and beliefs. To my understanding what Gregg Braden is explaining is actually why The Law of Attraction works and why you can manifest exactly the life you want - it starts when you start speaking the language of the matrix.

This book left me with "I need more of it" feeling. I think it could be continued at least for 100 pages more to expand the meaning and the state of matrix. But if I want to be more empathetic, this book is just a beginning for me to understand and feel more of Divine Matrix.

So far so good. I am midway into it but it is so awesome. The idea of creating our own world and acknowledging our power over it, responsibly and lovingly, is the best news we can have. It brings new perspective to the idea of free will. It is a great follow up to The Holographic Universe and even better to ACIM which I finished several years ago,not that one truly "finishes" ACIM. It is, after all, a course. :)

Amazing book that combines teachings of physics and spirituality. Everything in the universe is connected and this book uses science and consciousness to prove it.

The last 50 pages in particular were amazing. Will certainly be checking out the authors other books.

The Divine Matrix is a simply written exploration of the nature of life as a hologram, and how to work with it. Applying its principles to our current world is as confronting as it is enlightening.

If you’re a fan of Deepak Chopra then you’ll have heard Gregg Braden bang on about his view of the world for a long time. This book is not new; it was published in 2008. But now is a good time to read it. (Or, if you’ve already read it, to re-read it.)

The reason is because The Divine Matrix explains why and how we’re living in a holographic universe; what it means to you as a human; and what it means to unlock the magic of working with it.

The notion of a holographic universe can be confronting for some; can weird out others; can simply shut people down. But Braden’s arguments for it are compelling. They are compelling because Braden positions himself as a person who doesn’t just accept any kind of narrative, a no-bullshitter, a Man of Science. He is science-trained, and has worked in scientific and technology industries, so he does know how to evaluate evidence. Additionally, in the great practice of rhetoric, Braden’s career (to which you can add counselling) makes him appear to be authoritative when he writes about this stuff, whether he is or not. Now, that sounds rough but I state it because it has to be stated by someone; if I don’t, then someone else will.

Braden’s book, like his lectures and seminars, uses story to introduce, illustrate, and teach. It’s an excellent and relatable model, especially for complex concepts like nonlocality. However, if you’ve seen any of his videos in the past ten years, none of the stories in The Divine Matrix will be new to you, so may feel tired.

One thing that Braden has a gift for is relating deeply complicated concepts simply and effectively. The way he describes the ‘nothing’ of space as a holographic matrix makes it difficult to argue against.

It was fascinating to me that while I was reading this book, my husband started talking about The Mandela Effect. While that concept wasn’t even touched on by The Divine Matrix, it occurred to me that if changing one thing in this reality ripples change through past and future, then The Mandela Effect could have some real foundations. Or rather, it would if most of the moments presented by Fiona Broome’s website weren’t clear indications of people mishearing, misreading, or being ignorant about things.

Unlike many works of this nature, Braden takes the time in the second half of the book to point out the ways in which you can change yourself in relation to the world. Based on a hologram model, changing yourself does change the world.

I mentioned above that now is a good time to re-read this work.

At one point, Braden writes:

'In a universe that mirrors our beliefs, it’s clear that angry people can’t create a peaceful world.'

He couldn’t have known about the fierce fights going on in 2020, when he wrote and released the book. Not only have we seen that fighting, riots, and anger don’t achieve anything much except pissing people off, we’ve seen that all they create is discord and violence, and more division.

Similarly, the increasing separation and division of humans into teeny little boxes of traits over the past five to ten years—sex, who they have sex with, skin colour, economic status, employment status, voter status, etc—plus the resulting shifts in language and perspectives, and the fierce emotions that have played out as a result of it all of those exhortations, could easily have been the first sets of ripples that resulted in this year’s forced isolation in populations.

After all, the language of the universe, according to Braden is emotion:

'… emotion is a language unto itself, the very language that the Divine Matrix responds to. When we feel as though we can’t achieve our biggest dreams, the Matrix simply gives back to us what we’ve given it to work with: delays, challenges, and obstacles.'

If you just walk up to someone in the streets of Melbourne and tell them that they have to stay home, away from literally everyone else (or only go in public with their faces covered so nobody can relate to them), because humans have been so worked up about being put into little boxes, about being made unique, isolated from everyone else, you’d be locked up in the loony bin. Yet in the context of Braden’s work it’s not far-fetched at all. The emotions inspired by fights and trolling online in that space have called forth the most intense emotions in people.

To put this more traditionally: What you sew, so shall ye reap.

Braden makes the very optimistic point that society is where it is because of the lessons learned. That if it’s bad now, it would have been much worse if we hadn’t learned what we’ve learned. That the changes we make now reverberate throughout the past and the future because it’s all now anyway.

The challenge with this is that you can be seduced into imagining that the lessons are long-term, rather than short-term. Five years isn’t the same as fifty years. Yet five years is a long enough time in which to cause change in the world.

If all of this seems like an uncomfortable red pill, that’s kind of the point.

It’s uncomfortable until you realise that changing yourself actually does change your world. This happens because shifting even the tiniest piece of a hologram shifts the entire hologram. It’s also why you only need 0.01% of a population (if I remember correctly) to create a change in themselves in order to make change on a vast, social scale—even through meditation.

Happily, Braden provides a meaningful guide to spotting opportunities for change, and then a guide for actually changing.

I’m going to cast a huge generalisation here: Most books of this nature don’t offer meaningful action. They tend to waffle around the subject all knowledgeably without giving the reader something to do as a result of their knowledge. The Divine Matrix is not one of those books. It does have meaningful steps you can take, shows you how to spot those opportunities, and reminds you constantly that it’s not in what you say to yourself, it’s in how you feel that matters. This is also the subject of his other book Secrets of the lost mode of prayer. (Which I haven’t read yet, to be clear. Some of it is included in this book.)

The Divine Matrix could easily have fallen into the fluffy, non-practical spectrum of books. But, thankfully, it didn’t.

What I would like to see, though, is more of an analysis of world events through the lens of The Divine Matrix. I don’t care if it’s Braden who does it, or someone else. But if this model of the world is robust, as evidence is starting to suggest it is, then a regressive analysis of world and cultural events ought to be possible.

The isolation point above is an obvious one.

But commentary on trends of downward markets, business closures, increasing population control and restrictions… each of these, in a Matrix model, was presaged by populations about something.

And, also according to this model, it wouldn’t have to be by many people. Just 250,000 in Australia; 308,401,808 in the US; 631,000 in the UK. That’s easy if you look at social media numbers: There are apparently 186 million active users on Twitter and 2.6 billion on Facebook; and both platforms actively shift users’ feeds into negative, violent, and divisive content.

Perhaps it would be the ultimate test of Braden’s hypothesis.

If, as he says, ‘in order to change our world, we must alter the programs that make sense to reality: Feelings, emotions, prayers and beliefs’, then the first step beyond changing ourselves is reconnecting with real people in real time, and leaving the negative sink-holes of digital reality to wither and die.

According to Braden’s hypothesis, there’s a real chance that failing to do so will be the cause of an even more unpalatable reality. Perhaps what it means is that if we’re going to level up humanity, we each need to take more responsibility for how we feel.

The Divine Matrix investigates the link between spirituality and science, illustrating how every aspect of our lives and the world is interconnected by an energetic lattice referred to as the Divine Matrix.

Braden presents a captivating argument on the existence of the Divine Matrix, accompanied by compelling evidence. This transformative work guides readers on an intellectual expedition to reconcile spirituality and science.

The author delineates the Divine Matrix through three primary components - container, bridge, and mirror - elucidating its role in holding the entire universe and serving as a connecting element.

The core principle of the Divine Matrix pertains to the recognition of an underlying fundamental interconnectivity and energetic infrastructure that encompasses all elements of existence.

This book adeptly expounds on the fundamental structure of the universe, and its operations, and offers twenty keys to elucidate the close relationship between science and religion.

Braden's teachings emphasize the power of our thoughts and emotions in shaping our experiences and offer practical tools for harnessing that power to create a more fulfilling life that can be used in everyday life. These tools are intention setting, meditation, breathing, visualization, and gratitude.

The Divine Matrix is an intellectually stimulating work that integrates science, spirituality, and miraculous phenomena, highly recommended for individuals seeking to comprehend the associations between tangible and intangible aspects of the universe.

The teachings from the book can have a positive impact and can help you achieve greater happiness and success in your everyday life.

"Pytanie: Co jest w przestrzeni pomiędzy rzeczami? Odpowiedź: Boska Matryca"
:)

"Widzieć świat w ziarnku piasku, I Niebo w dzikim kwieciu, Trzymać nieskończoność w otwartej dłoni I wieczność w jednej godzinie. -William Blake (1757-1827)"
- lubię ten wiersz... jak widać można go też różnie interpretować, bo ja go za pierwszym razem pojąłem trochę inaczej :)

- to ciekawostka...

In this exciting book, Gregg Braden discusses the field of energy providing the container "for everything that happens between the world within us and the one outside our bodies".

Braden compares the divine matrix to the software that runs a computer. But our "software" is our feelings and we can use our feelings, the language of emotion, to create our reality.

One of his "keys" (of which he has 20) is that we are always connected to each other, the individual also always being connected to his/her DNA even though it has been removed from the body.

Gregg Braden refers to varous experiments illustrating his tenets. He also describes an operation he witnessed in Beijing, where a tumour in the body of a woman was "miraculously" removed within a few minutes by the power of thought.

Among other subjects, he discussed the nature of time (the healing of the past from the present), refers repeatedly to my favourite author Neville (feel that your wish is fulfilled and it will be) and devotes a whole chapter to the discussion of how everyone appearing in one's life constitutes a projection of one's own personality and problems, i.e. are sent to mirror our own selves back to us so we better can perceive what it is we need to work on in order to better ourselves. He illustrates this by means of examples from his own life.

This is a book that I feel is an essential read for anyone at all interested in metaphysics and the nature and possibilities of our own selves!

I feel a bit wishy-washy about this book. I generally like books that begin to build a bridge between quantum mechanics and consciousness (or science and spirituality). This book is a great jumping off point for researching experiments already exploring this link. However, there's a thick layer cheesiness that kept oozing through many of the pages. For instance, the author comes across the stereotypical elderly (and perhaps magical?) Native American man who shares the deep wisdom of his people. I'm not complaining so much about his speaking with the man, as I am about how it all unfolds. Just listen to this:
"I'm not sure how long he'd been there. By the time I saw him, he was just waiting, watching me as I stepped carefully among the loose stones on the path. The low sun created a glow that cast a deep shadow across the man's body. As I held my hand up to block the light from my eyes, I could see a few locks of shoulder-length hair blowing across his face."
*Groan!* I mean, really? So maybe you get my point...

Braden's thoughts on the existence of a Divine Matrix were interesting and I felt that his supporting evidence was good. My favorite part of this book was the chapter entitled: Reading the Mirrors of Relationship. Braden takes the idea that we're all connected (through the Divine Matrix) and then applies this oneness to our relationships and gives the reader ways to interpret the events in our lives as messages for growth directly from the matrix. We are essentially interacting and confronting ourselves and our constructed fears through life events and other people.

I have never before viewed life as a simultaneous container, bridge, and mirror- Braden's hypothesis gave me a lot of food for thought.

Excellent Book on how the cosmic web of energy is connected to our holographic bodies, our holographic brain and holographic consciousness in a holographic universe. My first time reading a book by Gregg Braden and I have become a firm believer in his work. If The top book on Holographic Principles are

1). Michael Talbots The Holographic Universe
2). The Field by Lynne McTaggart
3). Taking the Quantum Leap by Fred Alan Wolfe
4). The Divine Matrix by Gregg Braden

Excellent work and excellent job. A must read for anyone with the Holographic Principles.

I have come across Gregg Braden in various documentations but have not read his books. Recently re-engaged in a personal spiritual journey and the topic of "quantum world" and some of the more esoteric views on the world has deeply resonated with me. They are beautifully intertwined in this book. Encapsulating a lot of things I have pondered on over the years with beautiful stories and some interesting scientific experiments. Beautiful book and at beautiful time. 😊

Imho, there are plenty of good points in the book to challenge our ideas about the world, however, I feel like sometimes, these ideas were stretched too far and seemed unsupported.

Having said that, the book has a nice flow and reads easily. So it was a pleasant read.

A great piece of work on the frontier of science and spirituality, which a clear bias for action – hence it is one of my favourites.

The book explains the belief in, and the scientific basis of 20 keys of conscious creation, which the author offers as our ‘code for change’. The keys thus constitute the software which, when acting through the Operating system of our consciousness, can change the hardware (Reality) of our existence:

Key 1: The Divine Matrix is the container that holds the universe, the bridge between all things, and the mirror that shows us what we have created.

Key 2: Everything in our world is connected to everything else.

Key 3: To tap the force of the universe itself, we must see ourselves as a part of the world rather than separate from it.

Key 4: Once something is joined, it is always connected, whether it remains physically linked or not.

Key 5: The act of focusing our consciousness is an act of creation. Consciousness creates!

Key 6: We have all the power we need to create all the changes we choose!

Key 7: The focus of our awareness becomes the reality of our world.

Key 8: To simply say that we choose a new reality is not enough!

Key 9: Feeling is the language that ‘speaks’ to the Divine Matrix. Feel as though your goal is accomplished and your prayer is already answered.

Key 10: Not just any feeling will do. The ones that create must be without ego and judgment.

Key 11: We must become in our lives the things that we choose to experience as our world.

Key 12: We are not bound by the laws of physics as we know them today.

Key 13: In a holographic something, every piece of the something mirrors the whole something.

Key 14: The universally connected hologram of consciousness promises that the instant we create our good wishes and prayers, they are already received at their destination.

Key 15: Through the hologram of consciousness, a little change in our lives is mirrored everywhere in our world.

Key 16: The minimum number of people required to ‘jump-start’ a change in consciousness is √1% of a population.

Key 17: The Divine Matrix serves as the mirror in our world of the relationships that we create in our beliefs.

Key 18: The root of our negative experiences may be reduced to one of three universal fears (or a combination of them): abandonment, low self esteem, or lack of trust.

Key 19: Our true beliefs are mirrored in our most intimate relationships.

Key 20: We must become in our lives the very things that we choose to experience in our world

I am inspired by Key 16 which holds great hope for this world, for sure! Key 19 was an eye-opening section especially in the way it shows how to recognize and integrate one’s shadow.

"The Divine Matrix: Bridging Time, Space, Miracles, and Belief" by Gregg Braden, published in 2008, is an audiobook that delves into the fascinating intersection of science and spirituality. Narrated by the author himself, the audiobook presents a compelling argument for the existence of a "Divine Matrix," a field of energy that connects all things and influences our reality.

Braden, a renowned author and researcher, uses a blend of scientific evidence and spiritual insights to explain how this matrix operates and how it can be harnessed to bring about positive changes in our lives. The audiobook is structured in a way that makes complex concepts accessible to a broad audience, making it an engaging listen for anyone interested in the deeper workings of the universe.

One of the standout features of the audiobook is Braden's ability to weave together ancient wisdom and modern scientific discoveries. He draws on examples from quantum physics, remote viewing, and the healing power of prayer to illustrate how the Divine Matrix operates. This approach not only makes the content more relatable but also encourages listeners to think critically about their own beliefs and the potential for personal transformation.

The audiobook is divided into several sections, each focusing on different aspects of the Divine Matrix. Braden discusses the role of consciousness in shaping reality, the power of intention, and the importance of maintaining a positive outlook. He also provides practical exercises and techniques for listeners to tap into the energy of the Divine Matrix and use it to achieve their goals.

Overall, The Divine Matrix is a thought-provoking and inspiring audiobook that challenges conventional thinking and offers a new perspective on the nature of reality. It is a must-listen for anyone interested in the convergence of science and spirituality and the potential for personal growth and healing.
