I know what you mean. I had to rewrite some of it to be okay with it. Such as: instead of Feyre not answering any of Tamlin's accusations at the meeting of the High Lords, she laid out all of the truth concerning his high priestess and her deceptions. Then Helion scans Tamlin and discovers a spell on him by Lanthe that explained his temper flares and him choosing whatever she wanted over his men and Feyre's best interest. Lanthe is then brought in and a trial held against her, resulting in a death sentence to be carried out by the Weaver and used as the bargaining chip to participate in the war.
Then they all come together, battle together without any of the hatred between characters we grew to love.
That's a better version IMO because all the rage should have been focused on the stupid high priestess, she most certainly earned it where Tamlin absolutely did not.
I completely agree with this review. I think Feyre is quite hard on Tamlin,(and easily forgets all the good things he has done for her) this seems unfair and her attitude so disproportionate... I'm actually quite sad for Tamlin even if I do admit I like the saturnine Rhys...
