I agree 100% that it was the family's fault because of their hatred. If she risked her life for Romeo it clearly shows she loves him so much that she would go against her parents. If the families had been at peace since the start, it would have ended differently but in a positive way.
I agree that the Capulet and Montages feud was what caused them to die. But is it really them that were at fault? This play is a tragedy, and maybe it was a series of tragic coincidences, or fate, that is at fault.
