You can 'murder' a 45 year old by refusing to let him use the internal contents of your body. You do not have to let the 45 year old have so much as one drop of your blood. Not even for his 'very life'. Not even if your specific reason for refusing is that you dislike him and want him dead.

If a 45 year old does not have a right to the internal contents of your body without your consent, neither should a fetus.
