I recently read "An Unquiet Mind" and found it very interesting and informative. Another memoir of someone w/ bipolar disorder is "Madness: A Bipolar Life" (by Maryna Hornbacher). This latter book is a much more vivid and interesting account. Very well-written, never once boring. I definitely recommend it. I just checked out Prozac Nation from the library -- definitely need to check that out next, thanks.
