Kendra, you miss the part of the verse that says, "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
Read 1 Thessalonians Chapter 4 and 5 and maybe this will clear that up
Daniel Chapter 12 helps also, this is spoken of in the old test. and new testament over and over

God says that no one will know the date or the hour. You said after that that Jesus and the agnels in Heaven don't know what God is planning. But the thing is, G.A., that Jesus is God. So, of course he knows!
