I noticed #4 also and that is a good theory for #5 never thought of it that way. I am pretty positive Noah is alive and Mara knows it also.

So I was thinking about Joseph's "power"...apparently he has to have one since Noah saw his kidnapping in a vision. Anyway, I was asking myself what quirks Joseph's character exhibits, and what came to mind is his interest in finances. He subscribed to the Wallstreet Journal, he dresses up as Warren Buffet, and texts Noah stock tips. Maybe his ability is to something related to money. Like, maybe he can forecast stocks or influence the stock market...

I'm so happy to find your post because you're one of the only people that noticed #3. I wanted to add something; Lukimi's seminar was at Calle Ocho, number 1821 which is Jude's house number in reverse. Both completely dissapeared. Coincidence? I don't think so
It turns out that 213 is another important number that signifies bad stuff. 213 is the room number of her Spanish class where the teacher (Ms. Morales) dies. The disk that has the video that Claire made of the asylum collapsing is 31281 (312 is the first three numbers). When Noah catches Mara sleep walking and holding a knife in the kitchen, it is 2:13 in the morning (revealed when Mara reads Noah's notebook of his observations of her). The room Jude and Mara were in at the asylum was numbered 213. The courtroom where Lassiter comes out of and is shot is number 213.
Theory: I think Noah's father is somehow entangled with or is funding or is heading the Horizons experimentation. Noah kept saying his father is in Biotechnology, so he could very well be behind experimenting with kids with powers and artificially giving some kids powers.
Question! So they kept saying Jude lost his hands in the collapse. Was it confirmed that he regrew them as part of his healing power? Or do we not know whose hands those were?
