Thank you, Brian. When it comes to child abuse, people are just simply blinded by the very thought. To hear about it is terrible enough, but to read the graphic detail is often too unbearable. After all, this is a child! Taylor's message goes far beyond the abusive acts. It radiates HOPE and survival. Personally that is why I had to keep on reading to the very end.
Even though I worked with abused and battered women for a number of years, I still found it disturbing. You're right, it is a message of HOPE...
