Although the newest novel, Pontius Pilatus, chronologically follows my first novel, Pontius Aquila, the stories stand by themselves and either book can be read alone. Both novels are based on factual characters in history, and embrace martial arts, capable women, and romance.
The historical characters who shared the surname Pontius are portrayed in a series of historical fiction novels titled Lover of the Sea.
