Yes I am the same. If going on holidays there is always 2-3 in my suitcase ( more if I could, but concerned re: weight ha ha). Friends tell me a should buy a reader as they are lighter, but I love to hold a book.
99% of books I take are Christine’s, even if I have already read them.

My first trip to Mexico I took 6 paperbacks with me (for a 9-day trip) and read all of them about 1/2 way through the trip. Ended up having to buy a couple other books in the gift shop. Since then I’ve taken a selection of paperbacks and my ereader as backup.
