@Abi Hi! I'm not positive, but I assume Ruby used Kindle Direct Publishing to self-publish her book. If she did, it will only publish to Amazon. This might make it difficult for her to distribute to other stores. This is (of course) just my assumption though. If she ever does publish elsewhere, I would love to know also!

I don't support Amazon for ethical reasons. (I also live in the US so their business practices are different over here.)
Will you ever be moving it anywhere other than Amazon?
