Gayle Parish thank you for answering my question. I'm hoping word of mouth will work for me, plus I have some followers on Facebook that seem to be excited about the upcoming novel and some of them will be writing reviews. I'm using a small publisher, Turas Publishing. Thanks for your time and consideration.

Gayle Parish thank you Amanda, I will accept your friend request and hopefully before long I'll have it on the shelves to be read. We're almost through with the first edit. and I am beyond excited. My editor already asked if I'd consider a sequel.

Elyse Just put out announcements on social media, everyone loves free books!

Gayle Parish Thanks, Elyse, but will they give reviews? I don't want to give a lot of books away and not get a review in return.

Elyse @Gayle that's just what you have to entrust to them to do in reciprocation, I suppose. You can't force them but most bookish people are willing to exchange a free book for a review.

Gayle Parish thanks, Elyse for your response. You are right, I know I will usually leave a review, though it is difficult to leave a poor review when I know how hard a person has worked, I do believe constructive criticism is invaluable to growth.
