I wish we could get the answers to this. It seems sad that they had families so long ago but were too young to remember them. It would be cool to find out, just randomly, that one of the ancients was a big brother to one of them. LOL And they did go to the compound in Dark Song...
I thought that Syndil might actually be the baby that Dax talked about in Dark Storm.
That's a thought too, but I got the feeling that the baby in Dark Storm was at least a few centuries before Syndil. Plus, Raven made the comment that Ivory and Syndil could be sisters because they look so much alike.
