In the first novel, Travis asks and I quote “any chance I can talk you into handing me immortality?” To which Eric replied “maybe later, sure. I think I better get the hang of this first”. And I, for one, having been looking forward to Eric and Travis reuniting in a future novel and Travis becoming a Night Lord too. Those first chapters in the original novel created an awesome friendship between the two characters and it would be fun to see how Eric’s best friend adventures with him and helps him have focus and purpose. And doesn’t everyone want to see a conversation where Travis and Eric make pop culture references and Mary is there to tell them when they can’t name things after nerdy-awesome stuff :-)?

Still not really a promise, though. But the possibility is certainly there!
In an existence of so many multiverses and time travel, almost all things are possible. I look forward to Eric’s continuing adventures. Thank you for replying
