yes and its nice to use a feature on phones and computers that blocks incoming notifications. its so important to not get distracted by these little things cause if a tweet or email comes across the screen its too tempting sometimes!
Yes, it's virtually the only way you can get through it. It's like the ball pen that won't write and you need to scribble to get the ink flowing. Fortunately, I've never suffered with it.. Perhaps that's why i can write epic novels!!! Ha! Ha!
