Thanks for answering! I can only imagine the amount of work that went into Taji. I loved it so much I put Beings in Love as long as I could and am now working my way through the series and I love it too. A Talfa and Nadir book would be so great!
I imagine Talfa/Nadir would be a lot more political, lots of court type shenanigans. But it would have to have some dramatic rescues or what is even the point?
Political intrigue and daring rescues 👌👌👌. The little bit we do get of Talfa and Nadir has such a sweetly tragic vibe that I can see that working really well.
I wouldn't leave them tragic for very long. For a while, maybe, but not forever. <3
Taji is also one of my top all time favorite books of all books I've ever read, and that's saying something because I've read a lot of books in many different genres!! :) I'm surprised it wouldn't be as much of a money maker since on Amazon I saw that it has a nice amount of positive reviews and admirers. I would also love to see another book in the series of course, since that book is unique and the world it's in is so interesting. If I could read more books like Taji everyday I would be in heaven!
I think Taji has gained readers over time. When it first came out, that was not the case. But it was a hard sell, so I get it. I love the people who love it though. Especially those who feel a special fondness for Nadir and/or Talfa. :)
I definitely have a special fondness for Nadir and Talfa - both of them are intriguing characters and the beginning of their romance was really sweet and interesting to witness through Taji's eyes!
