Gail Thank you for answering my question. The part about the Vampire Queen series being open-ended was great to hear as it is on my top 3 series' of all time! I hope Kaela and Garron's story is worthy of a continuation as I wonder how you would handle their relationship back in the "real" world.

Joey Hill Gail, I'm delighted to hear that. Thank you! As far as Kaela and Garron, I've been asked about them many times (smile). While the muse hasn't given me another full storyline for them, I eventually hope to do one of my bonus/free vignette revisits with them, to let everyone know how they're doing. If I do, I'll put it under the Cantrips (Vignettes) menu item on my website (storywitch . com, no spaces) where I put all my bonus shorts/novella revisits for the series. There are a lot of vampire ones there!

Cindyg I’m so sad that Daughters of Andrienne is over. Absolutely one of my all time favorite series.

Joey Hill Cindy, thank you! I firmly believe the characters will continue to show up, like Dante/Alexis have in the Vampire Queen series (they were even in the latest one, Vampire Guardian, as were Clara and Marcellus).

Clara and Marcellus also played a part in the nonseries standalone Medusa's Heart. I think they refuse to stay within any series boundaries, lol. I still hope at some point to do a bonus novella or free vignette to finish up their romance, which has been evolving on the sidelines of some of the books.

Have you read Dark and Light, David and Mina's free novella revisit? If you haven't, you can download it from my storywitch . com (no spaces) website, under the Cantrips (Vignettes) menu item on the home page. It was lovely to spend time with them again.
