If fans started a campaign to request a Bujold Mini-series and pestered Netflix/Amazon/ect enough, it would show there is a demand and would help put the books on the radar. There is currently the hot topic of the "snow white" remake and such that makes some books, such as the Miles book's, particularly relevant. Now would be a great time for a push by fans, either addressing media companies directly, or flooding social media avenues with Bujold's Books as a hot topic. Fans would need to work together though. Say make it a treading topic on Twitter for instance and potentially draw in lots of new readers in the process to raise the popularity pressure on media companies even higher. It has worked for fan groups in the past, for instance the movie "Serenity" from the Firefly tv series.
I say, best bet is to ride the "snow white" attention, and create posts/tweets that hashtag that issue, and recommend a mini series of the Miles books as the cure. A lot of people would need to be doing it at the same time to really get attention though. So try it this week!
