Based on my own life experience, I have an important piece of advise for you. Never stop writing. I'm a psychoanalyst and published writer in that profession. My clinical papers were aimed at teaching the details of doing the Art of Psychotherapy. Every clinical example in a paper was totally disguised . I worked hard at disguising, since I considered it an act of protecting the privacy of my patient. A colleague, who worked for a publishing company, once told me, "Roberta, you write beautiful fiction. Never stop writing or you will regret it deeply. I retired from practice and writing several years ago, and I do deeply regret it. Several of my published papers are on a Website call PEP if you want to read some good fiction. You Fan, Roberta
