Live action would be great. Peter Dinklage as Miles. Yum!
Alas, Dinklage is too old now. There has to be another, younger, charismatic short actor out there somewhere, undiscovered. And nowadays there's always CGI and clever camera control for creating apparent height differences.

Dinklage would be good as Miles later in life. After he's married.
I would LOVE HBO or Netflix or someone to do each novel as a mini-series, starting with Cordelia's Honor.
The "Shopping! Want to see what I bought?" scene would be EPIC.
I often imagined Tim Roth as Miles. He's got that crooked stance. Ofcourse he too is both too old and tall.
Dinklage would be amazing. Though I never imagined Miles as a little person.
Well, if Mark Hamill can still be Luke ..
