I read the whole of the Thief series, and it was quite well written but didn't suit me. On the other hand, I also tried the Peter Grant series by Ben Aaronovitch, and that suited me better, so thanks for recommending it!

I devoured The Thief-series last spring, after reading the first book on your recommendation! The best thing I'd read since I read your Vorkosigan-series for the first time during 2019-2020.
Haven't tried the Thief series, but I have much enjoyed the Peter Grant Rivers of London series, and probably wouldn't have discovered it without recommendation by Lois. Many thanks.
