Mai-Anh Ah, so something more like "Tezh"! Which of course would make sense to Ivan and his Russian-derived phonemes. Added bonus, it also sounds much better to me than the harder "Tedge." :D Thanks much!

Alex Shrugged How to pronounce the "J" sound varies across languages. In normal Hebrew it is not possible to say "Joanna" with that hard-G sound. It is more like Yohanna.

Virginia The soft j sound abounds, but may not be spelled with a j. Like lingerie, measure, erosion, seizure.
