I'm an author (although I don't write JAFF), and the main requirement is to format the book for paperback layout and create a back cover (which can be very simple). I used the same company as designed my covers. Many people like having a physical copy. I sell more eBooks, but the paperbacks also continue to sell. I have all your books (except Vice) in kindle, and there are several I'd like in paperback format.
