Thank you for putting into context for me. I am so impressed that King Ecbert is Alfred the Great's grandfather. Could they be more different. I am so happy to know Bramberg is back under Uhtred's dominion. Your book is even richer for me now.

Susan, I have never been to Stockholm, so I'm afraid I can't give you any advice. But there MUST be some Viking related sites there.
