If you have access to iTunes, I found _El anillo del espíritu_ just now, but no others that aren't already mentioned there. (Well, I found some in Italian as well, but I suspect that's a bit less helpful.)
In Amazon.es the only book in Spanish is Barrayar. Books in paper can be bought from the United States at Amazon.es, you just have to pay more for post and wait longer :-) eBooks, however, cannot be bought from a different country.

Hmm, I haven't come across the Spanish branch of Amazon yet. Most printing houses for the Spanish speaking world are concentrated in Barcelona and Mexico, so I would start looking there.

For the Spanish branch of Amazon just navigate to Amazon.es It's laid out just like all the other Amazons, so you can search the Kindle store (Tienda Kindle) even if only Spanish residents can buy.
If you find an ebook there which isn't on your Amazon, email the publishers who can add it there
I have ordered French versions from amazon.fr. The first place I'd try is amazon.es
