Reading my Kindle, I’ve never tried to pronounce dy Ferrej, a difficult one as the J has very different pronunciations in different languages. I might be tempted to use the Swedish J, which sounds like Y. You can use the French J if you like, but Ferrej isn’t an obviously French name; and I thought Chalion was vaguely based on Spain.
Of course, the German J also sounds like Y. So I got used to being called Yonatan in Germany and Yoonatan in Sweden…
Betriz is a name not normally used in our world, but it’s similar to Beatriz, which is a Spanish and Portuguese name.
Paladin of Souls has a nice guide to pronunciation, including dy Ferrej.
As far as your own name, I always thought of the actress Genevieve Bujold - French, so no "boo hold" in my mind. Though I do mentally "pronounce" it with more of an American J ("boo jold") than French ("boo zhold").

Looking at Amazon, I see there are two different editions on sale, with different covers. I have the one with the horse and castle on the cover; presumably you have the one with the cloaked woman on the cover.
Yes - that's the version I have. I bought it in Kindle format in 2016. I just checked using the "read now" via browser, and the section
Ebook Extra: the Keys to Chalion
appears immediately after the end of the text.
