And thank you for reminding me of Captain Vorpatril's Alliance. That is such an entertaining novel. I love seeing Ivan come into his own. The time he spends in the vault/underground bunker with the Arquas, managing to gain some respect from them and consolidating his marriage is a real joy. I love to read/listen to that bit over and over.

I kind of wondered if it was something Ikos could attempt but he's no longer the only family member who can travel in Thasalon
