I'm waiting for Kobo to bring it out. I find Kindle obnoxious to use and have stopped buying ebooks from Amazon.

Thanks. Such a treat to be able to read the book immediately you discover it's been published. What a pleasure it is to spend some more time with Pen and Des, albeit briefly - as ever.
"But pleasures are like poppies spread,

Though give it some time and I will reread with equal pleasure. :)
