Aidan Ballew Amazing, thank you for your response! I've always appreciated good writing, but I have only just recently been bitten by the book bug, haha. So far I've read some Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, and Pilgrims Progress, which are all very different. Pilgrims Progress was an exciting and endearing story, but of course felt a bit cumbersome to read at times being in an older style. So now that I'm reading through The Marsh Adventures, its a night and day difference haha! I love your motto about the "old style but with fresh ideas." You definitely have implemented that well in The Marsh Adventures, and I hope to glean from it!

Steve Patton Thank you again for the kind words and I am so glad you enjoyed the Marsh Adventures! I truly wanted something epic where "the good guys win". I have read the Hobbit, which I enjoyed, but it was loooong read. I have not actually read C.S. Lewis entirely. I assume you know that Tolkien and Lewis were best of friends? Now Pilgrims Progress even goes beyond the old style I am talking about! Glad to hear the reading bug has bitten! Hmmm...maybe that's a character for the future Marsh Adventures : )
